Cottage Táborka

We offer for rent our renovated cottage Táborka in a secluded area in the village of Smržovka under the lookout Černá Studnice, between the Jelení Kout and Nová Mýtina sections. It is ideal for both summer and winter holidays spent pleasantly.

The rental also includes an outdoor house where there is a Finnish sauna and a seating area.

For pleasant relaxation, you can also use a hot tub with a pearl outside :)

For children, we have an outdoor sandpit, trampoline and playground with swings.

The Hřebenovka cycle route and the tourist blue route run right past the cottage

In close proximity is the unique trough of the still functional bobsleigh track in Smržovka, which is worth seeing.

In winter, you can ride on the Smržovka natural sled run, which is the only one of its kind in the Jizera Mountains.

The track is 4 km long and leads from Černá Studnica along forest and municipal roads to the Filip lift.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has three separate rooms on the first floor with the number of beds 4,4 and 2.

There is an Ikea sofa bed in the downstairs living room for 2 more guests.

A wooden cot is available for you, which you can move as needed.

Sanitary facilities: On the first floor there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, washing machine, children`s potty and a step

Clothes dryer

On the ground floor there is a smaller bathroom with a shower, toilet and a heating ladder.

Heating: The building is heated mainly by two tiled stoves, but it is also possible to use electric heating

Both bathrooms have a heated floor.

Transportation, parking: You can reach the cottage via an asphalt road, which is maintained in winter

Parking is right next to the house on its own landscaped area.

Dining

There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and preparing meals

In the summer, it is also possible to use an outdoor fireplace or grill

Alternatively, the restaurant Černá Studnice, Parkhotel Smržovka, Penzion Severka and or pizzeria Del Forno are nearby

You can find a grocery store or bakery nearby in the center of Smržovka, or in Tanvald.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, lever coffee machine, toaster, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, glass ceramic hob and tiled stove

Year-round operation.

We prefer accommodation for families with children and the elderly.

We do not rent the cottage to groups for parties.

In the high season, we mainly rent weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday, or by arrangement.

Out of season for at least two nights.

Bed linen, toilet paper, jar, soap and dishwasher tablets are included in the price (towels are not).

We recommend taking slippers with you.

Chopped firewood is also included in the price.

It is also possible to use briquettes, but they are included in the price of 100/package.

The deposit for the stay is paid to our bank account in the amount of 8,000 NOK, the rest no later than 10 days before the start of the stay.

If the stay is canceled 10 days or less before the start of the stay, the deposit is forfeited.

A refundable DEPOSIT of 5,000 NOK is payable in cash on the day of arrival.

Upon departure, electricity and water charges are charged according to actual consumption and final cleaning in the amount of 500,-.

According to the supplier`s current rate from 4/2023 (VT 7/kWh and NT 5/kWh).

The tenant returns the cottage in the same condition as when he received it from the landlord, i.e

cleaned (sheets taken off, rubbish taken out and sorted and, if possible, the stove cleaned).

If you are interested in accommodation with your pet, it always depends on the arrangement

(due to the fact that the cottage is only partially fenced and there are a lot of animals running in the forest, he should not be allowed to roam here

He should also not stay alone in the cottage, sleep in the bed or lie on the guest seats
