We offer a cottage for rent in Smržovka - the price for a whole week in the summer season is CZK 14,000 including utilities
The cottage is about 250 years old and my grandfather's father's brother was a cobbler there
But it has been modified a little, for example the niche for verpanek is no longer there :-)
The cottage is non-smoking, but we have ashtrays (so that there is no litter in the garden)
There you will find a grill, burrito skewers, a fire pit, a table tennis table, a hammock and a small outdoor pool
It is a short distance to the ski lift and to the forest, and you can swim at the dam in Jablonec even when cyanobacteria are present in the water in most of the Czech Republic
And when it's not warm, opposite the dam is an indoor pool with water slides, a wild river and a hot tub
Smržovka is simply fine and "Jizerky" are beautiful in every season.
Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining table and a living room with 2 beds
Upstairs there is 1 walk-through bedroom with 2 beds and one non-walk-through bedroom with 4 beds
The cottage is very old and the stairs are quite steep - drink in moderation or sleep downstairs.
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet in the bathroom
Towels, toilet paper, hairdryer.
Heating: There is gas heating in the kitchen and living room on the ground floor
The bathroom and bedroom upstairs have electric heating
The price per night includes utilities.
Transportation, parking: Parking in the garden for 2 cars (three can also fit, but in a row)
Snow shovels are in the outhouse
Watch out for the stream near the parking lot!
There are excellent bakeries nearby
Shops can be found at the square in Smržovka, approx. 2 km away
Lidl, Penny, Billa are approx. 4 km away in Tanvalda.
In the kitchen there is a gas stove with an electric oven, a refrigerator (a small freezer is in the annex)), a remok, a toaster, a toaster, a presso (be careful - it is not automatic and must be monitored and turned off), an immersion blender, a microwave, a kettle, an iron
In the living room you will find a radio with a CD player
Outside the winter season, outdoor seating with a parasol (or umbrella - depending on the weather), a fireplace and a grill (only small and ordinary), an outdoor pool are available
High chair and folding bed on request.
