Do you love the mountains and want to spend your vacation in a stylish cabin? This cottage was created with love in 2014 and is located in a beautiful location 100m from the ski slope

The cottage is built in the classic style of mountain logs and features of the period interior have been preserved

But modern technologies are carefully hidden

You will arrive in a heated cottage, but you can warm up in the tiled stove and enjoy the atmosphere of crackling wood

In the stylish kitchen, all appliances are built-in, the furniture has a patina and a touch of the past, but everything is new and fragrant

The cottage is located in the heart of the ski area between the blue and red slopes of Tanvaldské Špičák

Although you are in the center of the action, you are in a complete oasis of calm, you don't hear the cable cars, but only the babbling brook

In the evening you might see a roe deer, in the summer you can see cows grazing from the terrace.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a large entrance hall on the ground floor (enough space for skis, boots and ski jackets), Světnici - dining table for 10 people, sofa, armchair, romantic place "like an oven", tiled stove, Kitchen - fully equipped - round table for 3 persons, chest of drawers, Bathroom with bathtub and infrared sauna, Separate toilet, Room - washing machine and dryer

Upstairs there are three bedrooms 1/ double bed 180/200, sofa and desk

2 and 3/ 1x bed 160/200, 1x bed 100/200, plus two full-size extra beds, i.e. room for 5 people

A cot is available in the master bedroom

The bedrooms are stylishly furnished

There is also a spacious second bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor

After a whole day outside, you will like to relax on the first floor in the "reader's corner" in Ušák and perhaps browse in our library

You will also find many fun and social games and toys for children here.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has two fully equipped spacious bathrooms

The lower bathroom has a bathtub and infrared sauna, a separate toilet on the ground floor

The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Heating: The cottage is heated by hot water distribution to an electric boiler, which is combined with a hot water exchanger in the tiled stove in the living room

Where there is paving, there is underfloor heating, where there is a wooden floor, there are radiators in the rooms

You can put it in the stove and you have a warm place everywhere

Or set how many levels you want on the digital controller

Upon departure, electricity consumption is deducted from the deposit, tariff VT 11.20 NT 11.80.

Transportation, parking: Parking for two to three cars (depending on size and snow) is very convenient right at the entrance to the cottage

Snow is also shoveled from the parking lots throughout the winter

Another car can park on the other side of the road

Another guarded parking lot is approx. 200m right next to the Tanvaldský Špičák cable car.

Dining

Fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own treats or within walking distance of the Albrecht or Krmelec restaurants right next to the slopes

When you're on skis, you'll find yourself right at Tanvaldský Špičák

You can also walk across the slope to Albrechtice, the Jako doma restaurant also has its charm.

Cottage furnishings

The log house is equipped with a traditional interior, which, however, meets the demands of modern times

The kitchen has a dishwasher, hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle

If you like good coffee like we do, don't forget the Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine, which you can find in the kitchen

If you happen to forget, you can buy from our Ája right in the cottage

The kitchen is fully equipped with stylish and functional dishes

There is a TV, DVD in the living room, WiFi in the entire cottage with a 30Gb internet connection, which can handle all the movies of your choice in the evening

The table is sized for both large and small diners (children's wooden seat), and in the living room you will find a comfortable seat, an armchair and many party games for everyone

In the corridor on the ground floor, there is a free-standing retro fridge for your favorite drinks

You can also use the washing machine and dryer

The log house is secured by the Jablotron system.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Price, deposit:

The price for the stay is valid for occupancy of 1-12 persons

The price of wood is not included in the price

On site when used 850/- per week.

A deposit of CZK 10,000 is sent to account 1715091/5500, two days before the start of the stay

Payment for electricity and wood is deducted from the security deposit

We will return the deposit to the account from which it was paid within 48 hours after the end of your stay

In the event of damage to the cottage's equipment, compensation will be paid out of the deposit upon agreement.

Binding reservation, payment terms:

The deposit of the reservation deposit by the first interested party decides the confirmation of the binding reservation

Payment of the reservation deposit in the amount of 50% of the total rental price is paid to the lessor's account held at Raiffeisenbank number: 1715366/5500

Enter the customer ID from the offer sent to you by email as a variable symbol, please enter your last name in the note

After receiving the payment, the reservation will be bindingly confirmed to your email.

The additional payment is due 21 days before starting the accommodation

If your stay starts in 25 days or less, the entire amount including the surcharge is paid for the binding confirmation of the reservation

Cancel fees:

Cancellation fees - in case of cancellation of ordered services, the client will be charged the following cancellation fees:

50% of the paid deposit if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the start date.

100% of the deposit paid, if the cancellation occurs less than 21 days before the start date,

100% of the price of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the date or the customer does not start the contracted stay

Arrival dates:

The starting day for a weekly stay is Saturday at 4-8pm, the end of the stay is on Saturday at 10am.
