The heart of the living room is a green tiled stove, a haven for children's games and adults' relaxation

There is nothing like the warm feeling of lying on them and resting

Once you climb them, you won't want to come down

Unless something smells from the kitchen... In addition to the fully functional tiled stove in the living room, there is also modern central heating in every room

I don't miss WiFi either

In addition to the period stove, the fully equipped kitchen also includes an electric hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine

We offer accommodation for up to 16 people in all bedrooms

On the upper floor you will find 2 large double beds, 8 stackable single beds, a fold-out daybed and 2 more places in the mezzanine

There is also 1 baby cot

On each floor you will find a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a toilet

In the downstairs bathroom there is a washing machine, dryer and hairdryer

BEDROOM - Accommodation for up to 16 people in 3 bedrooms

On the upper floor you will find 2 large double beds, 8 stackable single beds, a fold-out daybed and 2 more places in the mezzanine

There is also 1 baby cot.

Sanitary facilities: The lower bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a sink, a toilet, and there is also a washing machine and dryer, as well as a hairdryer.

The upper bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Heating: The living room is fully heated by a fully functional tiled stove, and there is also modern central heating in every room and a fireplace on the upper floor.

Transportation, parking: Parking right in front of the log fence, for up to 5 cars.

OUTDOOR PERGOLA offers seating by the outdoor fireplace and a large massive table

In the garden, a climbing frame, a house, a slide, swings are available for the little ones to play outside.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

For a binding confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 1/3 of the price of the stay

Additional payment up to the full price one week before the start of the stay.

Prices include final cleaning.

Dog fee 1,500 CZK/stay.

Cancellation terms:

- within 30 days before the planned arrival, the full deposit will be refunded

- within 14 days before the planned arrival half of the deposit is returned

– less than 14 days before the planned arrival, the deposit is forfeited

In case of covid or unplanned government measures, the possibility of rescheduling the date.
