Our house is located in a quiet part of Budyně nad Ohří, a town with a long history dominated by a water castle
The newly renovated house provides a stylish interior with fully equipped rooms
It is surrounded by a large garden with a number of mature trees providing shade
In the garage it is possible to lock bikes or store any other sports equipment
The entire building is fenced and lockable
Up to 4 cars can be parked directly on the property, other parking spaces are on the street in front of the house
On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room with a kitchen and a fireplace
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dressing room and an entrance hall
Outside, then the summer kitchen, which is right next to the outdoor sitting area, where you can roast burritos or grill something and sit over a glass of wine with a view of the sunset over Hazmburk Castle
The place is ideally located for trips to the Český Středohoří, which encourages hiking or cycling, one of the popular cycle paths starts right behind the house

A washing machine is available in the basement utility room.
Heating: The house is heated by central heating and a modern fireplace awaits you in the spacious room.
Transportation, parking: The property has a large paved yard where it is possible to park several vehicles, additional parking is possible directly in front of the house.

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.
In the case of a binding reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is paid.
The additional stay is paid in cash on the spot on the day of arrival, as well as a refundable deposit of CZK 4,000.
Fines:
- CZK 1,000 in case of cigarette butts outside the ashtray, applies to the entire property
- 1000 CZK for walking in outdoor shoes in the house
- 2000 CZK for excessive pollution (vomiting, uncollected garbage,...)
- 4000 CZK for smoking in the house
Wifi, bed linen + towels are free
Electricity and wood are also included in the price
