The apartment is located on the first floor of the Art Nouveau house from 1905 in the center of Roudnice nad Labem

All windows of the apartment+ balcony and gallery are south -oriented to our garden, which guarantees peace and pleasant view of the countryside

The apartment is non -smoking with the possibility of smoking on the balcony

In bad weather you can sit on a glazed gallery

The whole house and apartment are deliberately left in a slightly nostalgic spirit, but with full comfort of today.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: You have a huge 35m² bedroom with a double bed, the possibility of a cot

There are enough storage space and ironing needs

The bed is a drawer with a direct connection of 2 USB charging cables for your device

The bedroom windows are in the garden

For an additional fee is available in the bedroom air conditioning and free of charge in the living room water cooler.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet

There is a hair dryer and a first -aid kit for minor treatment, shaving needs, make -up tampons etc.

In the hall is available second separate toilet and chamber with cleaning products and automatic washing machine including detergent.

Heating: The heating of the whole building is central, the radiators are equipped with regulation.

Transportation, parking: You will park immediately next to the house

In the space where you park is a ban on entry, but thanks to the additional table this prohibition does not apply to you.

Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation, we are preparing it for serving trolley in the hall because we respect your privacy

It is usually ready at 8.00 hours, earlier preparation can be agreed

There are several restaurants within 200m from the house, the possibility of ordering food with imports, Kaufland is open until 22.00.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The apartment is in operation continuously

The basic price is 2100 CZK per apartment/ night for occupancy 2 adults + children under 6 years

Another adult +700 CZK/night

Children from the age of 7 for the price of an adult

We require advance payment, cancellation 2 weeks before the start date is without sanctions, later cancellation 50% of the agreed price.

There is a double bed in the bedroom, sofa bed = double bed in the living room + the possibility of cot + option 2 extra beds.
