The cottage under the Říp under its roof can comfortably accommodate 6 people

It is located in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the pond and is designed primarily for family relaxation

We have reconstructed the cottage in retrostyl and is equipped mainly with wooden furniture

We also modified the yard for a pleasant sitting at the morning coffee, lunch or quiet dinner

In the garden there is a fireplace, in the summer months the pool and in case of bad weather, you can use the outdoor roofing with a fireplace stove

Cyclists can store their bikes in a locked room where they can recharge them in the case of pedelecs.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: When entering the cottage you will find yourself first in her (unheated) hallway, which is used to put the outer dress and shoes

In the hallway there are doors to a spacious pantry, where you can store your food supplies and find equipment that you could use during your stay (dryer for clothes, cleaning agents and other kitchen equipment such as large bowls, pots, baking trays, bandas, etc.

From the hallway you will go into a fully equipped kitchen that forms the imaginary center of the cottage

To the left is the door to a small bedroom, which is equipped with two separate beds, from which you can go into a large bedroom, which is equipped with a comfortable double bed and two separate beds

All our beds have high -quality positioning grates

From both bedrooms there is a view of the pond, over which the sun sets in the evening

To the right of the kitchen is a common room equipped with two large tables and plenty of seats

From the common room there are doors to a small but equipped original bathroom, where the toilet is located

This created space for a washing machine that is available to you during your stay

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has a small original bathroom, equipped with retro accessories

In the bathroom you will find a bathtub with a shower screen and toilet.

Heating: The cottage is newly heated by underfloor heating

In addition, there is a heating ladder in the bathroom.

Transportation, parking: The path to the cottage is simple

In the village you will descend from the main road to a narrow asphalt road, pass between the houses and you are at the pond in front of the cottage

For small shopping is 100 m from the cottage through the main road COOP grocery store

If you want to relax from your own food preparation, we can recommend lunch and dinner at the amalek hotel, located at another pond and is 1.2 km away from the cottage

The cottage is not equipped with any electronics

For those who want to watch their favorite programs or social networks on their own devices are available WiFi

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals and cooking

You will find dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave (pantry), coffee maker, kettle and large refrigerator

In the yard there is a table with benches, plus a bench under the window where the morning sun falls

Full financial compensation in full when canceled within 30 days before the arrival date

In cases where the reservation is booked less than 30 days before arrival, the money will be returned in full if the cancellation is canceled within 48 hours of reserving and at least 14 days before arrival

Then, when you cancel the reservation within 7 days before the start of your stay, 50 % of the amount paid will be returned

Later the entitlement to financial compensation ceases to exist.
