We offer accommodation in a fully equipped mobile home in a small village on private land, not far from Roudnice nad Labem
It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and an outdoor terrace with a view of Mount Říp
Distance 8 km from the D8 highway. (Prague 50 km, Roudnice nad Labem 8 km, Litoměřice 15 km)
In the village there is a shop with basic goods, a post office, an inn, a playground, a bus and a train stop
The well-maintained garden around the mobile home is surrounded by a hedge
A short distance from the mobile home there is a seasonal snack stand
A noisier environment can be expected on weekends and evenings (however, this is not a rule).
Bedrooms and rooms: A bedroom with a wife bed and one room with two beds.
Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Heating: Electric heaters
Transportation, parking: Tomb right next to the mobile home.
Smaller meals such as pizza, sausage, or toast can be purchased at the adjacent stand.
Kitchen equipment - 2-burner stove, hood, kettle, small fridge with freezer
Living room - comfortable sofa + dining table and bench, TV with satellite, WiFi

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.
Electricity consumption up to 30kWh is included in the rental price
If electricity is consumed above 30kWh, a surcharge of CZK 8/1kWh will be charged according to the meter.
Water consumption is included in the rental price.
Reservation deposit 50% of the price of the stay (the deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the start of the stay).
When booking a date, a fee of 50% of the price is paid by bank transfer, the rest is paid on the spot in cash.
A refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 is collected upon arrival.
Cancellation policy: You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total price
If you do not show up for your stay, you will be charged 100% of the total price.
A fee to the municipality of 20 CZK/person is paid on site
Pets are allowed on request, for a fee.
