Cottage Schraml

The original Šumava cottage of the defunct village of Stögrova Huť from 1879 was completely renovated in 2014

Semi-seclusion is located in the Šumava Protected Landscape Area (PLC) on the border of the Šumava National Park

An ideal place for lovers of virgin nature (Boubín Forest), mushroom picking, cycling, in-line skating (the most beautiful and longest route in the Czech Republic, 16 km long along the Vltava from Stožec to Nová Peca), hiking, rafting the Vltava River, cross-country and downhill skiing in winter .

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage is divided into two separate apartments with their own entrance, modern kitchen, bathroom and private terrace

Apartment 1 - one five-bed bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, terrace

Apartment 2 - two four-bed bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, terrace.

Sanitary facilities: Apartment 1 - bathroom (shower) + WC

Apartment 2 - bathroom (shower) + WC

Heating: The apartments are heated using a combination of solar energy, stoves and electricity.

39 from Volar in the direction of Strážný (border crossing of the Federal Republic of Germany) after about 3 km turn right (there is a signpost "Chalupa Schraml" on the road) and after about 200 m you will come to the cottage along the forest road.

Self-catering or it is possible to eat in a restaurant on Soumarské most (1 km) or in Volary (3 km)

At the cottage, you can order excellent pizza from nearby Volar (free delivery).

The spacious terrace is equipped with stylish seating, a barbecue, 2 sun loungers, darts and Russian skittles for competitive players

A wine cabinet, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer are available in the corridor

You do not need to bring towels, sheets, tea towels, jars, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper to the cottage

Around the cottage is a spacious fenced garden (900 m2), which includes a natural sitting area around an outdoor fireplace and garden wooden furniture

For children there is a swing, a sandpit, a ping-pong table and many outdoor games (lazy tennis, Russian skittles, croquet, stilts, petanque, etc.

Weekend stays - only outside the main season

Apartment 1 - minimum 2 nights - CZK 4,000+energy+stay fee

Apartment 2 - minimum 2 nights - CZK 6,500+energy+stay fee

The price for the entire cottage for the weekend is CZK 10,000+energy+stay fee

If only one apartment is occupied, we will respect your privacy and will not occupy the second apartment

However, we prefer the occupancy of the entire cottage

We collect the reservation deposit

A deposit of CZK 2,000 is also payable upon arrival to cover any damages incurred during your stay

If everything is in order when handing over the cottage, we will of course return the deposit

The price for a dog is CZK 100/day, THE DOG IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE BED!!!!!

Cancel fees:

60 days or more - 0% the entire deposit will be returned,

30 - 60 days - 40% of the deposit,

14 - 30 days - 80% of the deposit,

0 - 14 days - 100%.
