The cottage in nice is located in a small and quiet village nice in Šumava

Located in the PLA and borders on the Šumava NP

The building is after a total reconstruction and is tuned to the natural style

Absolutely everybody will come in their place here

Enjoy summer and winter fun, beautiful nature, peace, quiet and take countless experiences

Directly at the cottage you can go to the beautiful Šumava nature, mushrooms, bikes, skates, mount on a canoe and go on the Vltava to the very end of Lipno itself

In winter there are beautiful and maintained cross -country trails in the vicinity, frozen Lipno will prepare a beautiful ride for skaters and cross -country skiers and nearby are sought after ski areas such as Mitterdort, Hochficht, Kramolín, Czech Žleby or Libín Sedlo

For those who want to enjoy their holidays and otherwise in nearby villages are indoor and outdoor pools, wellness, bowling track, restaurants, museums, natural swimming and countless other options.

There are 3 cots, which can be conveniently placed in all rooms.

Sanitary facilities: There are three sanitary facilities in the building

In the bathroom there is a children's seat for toilet, potty, changing table, baby bath and baby stool.

Heating: There is underfloor heating throughout the living area

In the garage you can sit and flood in the stove.

Transportation, parking: Two driveways lead to the cottage

Parking is directly at the building.

Dining

The catering is own directly in the cottage in a fully equipped kitchen for 9 people

Other meals are possible in restaurants in the surrounding villages

Volary, new furnace, Horní Planá, Hůrka, Prachatice.

In the cottage there is an entrance hall with a shoe to store shoes

Furthermore the main corridor with a hanger on clothes and mirror

In the next part is a spacious living room with a large sofa, table, chest of drawers, television and reading corner

There are plenty of board games for children and adults, maps, tips for trips and books on Šumava

There is a spacious dining table with two children's chairs between the living room and the kitchenette

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a container for 9 people

There is a spacious fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle and microwave

Garage for storing bikes, stroller, ski, aj

The garage includes sitting, sand toys, sports equipment such as badminton bats, petang, balls, football, etc.

Furthermore, mushroom baskets, canvas for drying mushrooms and clothes dryer

The garage is over the hallway and staircase connected to the living space

There is another separate toilet in the hallway

In the garage it is possible to flood in the stove

On the large fenced land cottages are ornamental rock gardens and beds, herb garden, large roofed pergola with fireplace and barbecue stone, children's playing elements (swings, slide, sandpit, carousel, Russian skittles), rocking benches, trampoline and calm, well -being and beautiful Šumava nature.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

For winter stays and off-season stays, 250, -CZK / day is charged in the case of firing

The day of departure is not counted

Refundable deposit is 3.000,- CZK / stay

The recreational fee is included in the price.

We only provide weekly stays in July / August.
