In the winter season, there are beautiful and well-maintained cross-country trails in the vicinity, the frozen Lipno prepares a beautiful ride for skaters and cross-country skiers, and nearby are sought-after ski areas such as Mitterdort, Hochficht, Kramolín, České Žleby or Libínské Sedlo
For those who want to enjoy their vacation in other ways, there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, wellness centers, bowling alleys, restaurants, museums, natural swimming and countless other options in the nearby villages.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes for 9 people
It has a spacious fridge with freezer, dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle and microwave

In the garage there is seating, sand toys, sports equipment such as badminton rackets, petanque, balls, soccer balls, etc.
