Accommodation is in triple apartments with a total capacity of 9 people

The apartments are situated in a quiet area, 200 meters from the entrance to the Šumava highway

There are many hiking and cycling trails in the area

The apartments are open all year round

Pets are allowed by arrangement with the owner.

Bedrooms and rooms: There are three three-bed apartments

All apartments are two-room with a separate bedroom with 2 beds

Bed linen and towels are included in the price

There is a storage room for bicycles, skis and prams.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment is equipped with a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: The building is centrally heated, each apartment has its own boiler.

Transportation, parking: The building has its own parking lot.

Boarding in the building only own.

The kitchen is fully equipped

There is a built-in two-burner stove, electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator

The apartment is also equipped with TV and WiFi connection.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price for triple apartments is CZK 2,000 / night

Prices do not include a municipal fee of CZK 20 / person / day.

The deposit for accommodation in the amount of 50% of the total price is paid to the bank account of the landlord

The remaining amount will be paid in cash upon arrival.

The deposit is refundable in full up to 30 days before arrival

In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the accommodation, 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded and in case of cancellation less than 14 days, the paid deposit is non-refundable.

Arrival to the accommodation is from 3 pm and departure from the apartment until 10 am.
