Electricity according to actual consumption - CZK 8.20/Kwh

Wood in the heating season - 200 CZK/night

Fee to the village for an adult - 28 CZK per person/day

Refundable deposit – CZK 5,000

Heating the cottage before arrival - CZK 1,000

A deposit of CZK 5,000 will be used to pay for energy and wood, possibly to compensate for damage caused, or as compensation for insufficient cleaning

Each customer will return the cottage to the original condition in which they took over the cottage, carry out basic cleaning and remove bed linen

Final cleaning of the bathroom and floors is already included in the final cleaning price of CZK 2,000

The remaining part of the deposit will be sent back to your account after billing.

Towels and tea towels are not available.
