You can find the apartments on Slunečná louka in the picturesque town of Černý Důl in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains, near the forest and a small tennis court, not far from the center (5 minutes' walk) and the ski area (10 minutes' walk).

The exterior and interior combine a feeling for modern living and mountain nature, offering pleasant accommodation, a view of the surrounding forests, the town and the slopes of the nearby ski area, which is part of the SkiResort Černá Hora ski resort

The sunny meadow on which the house stands is a strategic background for all enthusiastic skiers, ski alpinists, cross-country skiers, sledders, hikers, cyclists, and just like the entire location, it provides the best conditions for sports activities, hiking and relaxation in nature throughout year

The building consists of 2 separate apartment houses (semi-detached houses) with a size of 130m² of living space / 1 half, each of which has its own entrance, its own parking lot, and its own terrace

Each apartment is rented as a whole

The standard period of accommodation in the summer and winter season is a week, if there is free time or by agreement you can use the accommodation for a shorter number of nights, but at least 2 nights

One bathroom is on the ground floor and has 2 sinks, a shower and infrared sauna, a hairdryer

On the 1st floor there is a second bathroom with a shower, 2 sinks, bidet, wc, hair dryer available.

Heating: There is a fireplace in the living room, but it does not heat the whole house

Floor heating is installed in all rooms

Very practical and pleasant when returning from bad weather

The temperature is maintained by the thermostat

The bathrooms are also equipped with electric towel ladders.

Transportation, parking: Parking in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the apartment (2 parking spaces for each apartment, 3 cars can fit in apartment B), or you can use the temporary parking lot, which is free in summer and is located in front of the garden (you cannot claim a parking space)

In the winter season, parking is paid - there must be a parking card outside the window, which is available for 1 car

There is an access road to the house from the main road leading to Jánské Lázně, the roads are maintained in the winter months, but we still recommend having at least one chain with you.

Dining

Own - you can prepare food in a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room

You can also eat in nearby restaurants that also have outdoor gardens, e.g

Pošta restaurant, Čistá restaurant, U Šťastných, Pizza Garden

Shop in the center of the town or Lidl, Penny, Kaufland in Vrchlabí (12km), ICU in Svoboda nad Úpou (10km).

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT OF STAY

• When booking a stay, a reservation deposit in the amount of

• If this deposit is not properly paid by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled

• The additional payment for accommodation can be paid by bank transfer before the start date, or in cash on the day of arrival

CANCELLATION OF TERMS

• 30-14 days before departure, there is a cancellation fee of 20% of the reservation deposit

• 14-0 days before arrival, the reservation deposit is forfeited to the accommodation provider

• Clients are not entitled to a refund if they are forced to shorten their stay for personal reasons,

than was agreed upon when booking

• In case of restriction of accommodation services by government order - no cancellation fees

• Upon prior agreement, the deposit can be transferred to another date of stay
