The apartments can be found on a sunny meadow in the picturesque town of Černý důl in the heart of the Giant Mountains, near the forest and a smaller tennis court, near the center (5 minutes walk) and ski ski resort (10 minutes walk)

The exterior and interior combines a sense of modern living and mountain nature, offers pleasant accommodation, views of the surrounding forests, the town and downhill lines of the nearby ski area, which is part of the ski resort SKIRESORT Černá hora

The sunlight on which the house stands is a strategic background for all enthusiastic skiers, ski mountaineers, cross -country skiers, tobogganists, tourists, cyclists, and just like this location, provides the best conditions for sports activities, tourism and nature relaxation throughout the year

The building consists of 2 separate apartment houses (semi -detached houses) of 130m² of living area / 1 half, each of which has its entrance, their parking, and their terrace

Each apartment is rented as a whole

Standard time of accommodation in the summer and winter season is a week if it is free or by appointment you can use accommodation for a shorter number of nights, but at least for 2 nights

Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: • spacious hall with benches, shoe boots, cabinets, mirror and hangers • modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining table continuously connects to the living room and allows the chefs pleasant contact with friends at the table or outlook. One bathroom is on the ground floor and you will find 2 sinks, shower and infrared sauna, hairdryer

On the 1st floor there is a second bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, bidet, toilet, hair dryer.

Heating: In the living room there are a fireplace stove, which does not serve for heating the whole house

Floor heating is installed in all rooms

Very practical and pleasant when returning from bad weather

The temperature keeps the thermostat

The bathrooms are also equipped with electric ladders for towels.

Transportation, parking: Parking in the immediate vicinity at the entrance to the apartment (2 parking spaces at each apartment, apartment B can fit even cars 3), or can be used by car parks that are free in the summer and located in front of the garden (you cannot claim parking space)

In the winter season the parking lot is paid - there must be a parking card at the window that is available for 1 car

A socket for charging an electric car uniform for both apartments

There is a driveway from the main road leading to Janské Lázně, the roads are maintained in the winter months, but we recommend having at least one chains.

Dining

Custom - prepare food can be prepared in a fully equipped kitchen with dining room

You can also eat in nearby restaurants that have outdoor gardens, such as

Restaurant Posta, Restaurant Čistá, U Šťastný, Pizza Garden

Shop in the center of town or Lidl, Penny, Kaufland in Vrchlabí (12km), ICU in Svoboda nad Úpou (10km).

Reservation and payment of stay

• If this deposit is not properly paid by the due date, the reservation will be canceled

• Purchase for accommodation can be paid by transfer before the date of arrival or cash on the day of arrival

Cancellation

• 30-14 days before starting is a cancellation fee of 20 % of the reservation deposit

• 14-0 days before the reservation deposit is forfeited in favor of the accommodation

• Clients do not entitled to a refund if they are forced to reduce the period of stay, for personal reasons,
