However, the house is situated in such a way that only one of the 4 apartments can be rented separately /each of them is standard for 4 people/ or it is possible to rent the house as a whole for a group, where, however, the advantage compared to most cottages is that each apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen, i.e

each family has its own privacy in the cottage

The cottage is 700m from the Černý Důl Ski Area and 5 km from the Černá Hora Ski Area

Accommodation here is possible all year round, with a capacity of up to 17 beds

The equipment of the apartments is at a high level corresponding to today's requirements for comfortable accommodation

The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a two-burner stove, an electric frying pan, a microwave and a kettle

In the fenced garden there is a pergola with a fireplace and a smokehouse, there is also entertainment for children - a playground, a sandpit, swings.

In summer, you can use the fireplace stone in the common room on cold evenings
