We offer accommodation in a newly built and well -equipped house, located on the outskirts of the village of Prosne, in the foothills of the Giant Mountains, near the town of Vrchlabí and within a short range of well -known ski resorts

The place is suitable for holidays in the year -round period

Very spacious and above -standard equipped two -storey house with 20 beds, central recuperation, underfloor heating

The house has 6 rooms all situated on the 1st floor together with 2 bathrooms and toilet

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area and children's corner, bathroom with toilet and Finnish sauna

The living room is followed by a spacious terrace and recessed, covered and heated swimming pool 10 x 4 m (in the winter season the pool is not operated)

There is a large parking lot for 6 cars at the house, with the possibility to park in front of the house in the public parking lot

Possibility to barbecue VA masonry outdoor grill

We now offer a charging station for electromobiles - the rate is 12 CZK/kWh

Bedrooms and rooms: 20 beds in 6 rooms.

Sanitary facilities: 3 common bathrooms with toilet and shower, and one of them is also a bath.

Heating: There is underfloor heating in all rooms.

Transportation, parking: On a plot for 6 cars, in a public parking lot in front of the house for 2 cars.

Own or in restaurants in Hostinné.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The building is offered all year round with the fact that in the winter and summer months it is always rented for the whole week

The price is not included in the price of electricity

The price is paid by a refundable deposit of 3000, -CZK

This deposit will then be deducted the price of electricity, local fees (10 CZK/adult/day) according to the number of persons, the fee for cleaning and any damages caused

The rest of the amount will be returned when the house is handed over

When ordering, 50% of the amount is paid, the remaining amount together with the deposit is paid MAX

21 Before Arrival

Cancellation conditions: more than 21 days before the rental date of the return of 50% of the amount paid for the rental and 100% deposit; Less than 21 days before the rental date of a refund of 0% (ie the whole amount is forfeited to the landlord) paid amounts for rent and 100% deposit.

Upon agreement it is possible to agree to ensure a barrel from local breweries, or

to ensure catering.

The price is added a cleaning fee of CZK 2,000.
