On the border of the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains, a new half -timbered house was built on the site of the demolition site of the original cottage

Sit at the cottage on the hillside, listen to the sound of the stream and watch the ridges of the mountains

In the spring there is a meadow below the cottage dotted with wild daffodils, in summer the forests are full of mushrooms and blueberries

The cottage is located about 300m from the starting point on the Jizera Highway, so just grab the cross -country skiing and go

This also applies to bikes where you connect to the network of bike paths and forest trails near the house

On the ridges of the Jizera Mountains you get almost without road traffic

This also applies to the Krkonoše and Polish Party

There are many ski areas of different levels and sizes in the area, most of them also offer evening skiing.

The road to the cottage is rolling in winter

If it is not covered with a thick layer of snow or ice is passable without problems, otherwise passable with snow chains or 4x4 drive.

The paths to the cottage are two

You can use the main road to Harrachov/Poland

At the crossroads at the chapel in Kořenov turn left in the direction of Horní Polubný and then go on the contour about 3 km

The second variant is turning from the main road at the end of Desná to the left, direction Hejnice

After passing through the valley to the black river, hold on to the main road in a steep turn on the main road

At the church under the road stands a monument with an eagle, put down the sloping road along the cemetery wall down and after about 200m you arrive at the cottage with green doors
