Bedrooms and rooms: three double rooms and one triple room, of which 3 rooms are on the first floor and 1 (double) room on the ground floor.

Sanitary facilities: 3 x bathrooms with shower (including 2 bathrooms with WC) and 1 separate WC on the ground floor.

Heating: With wood or electricity: tiled fireplace, underfloor heating, radiators.

Transportation, parking: Parking at the building for up to 4 vehicles, including 1 covered parking space

In the winter, parking for 3 vehicles is possible.

Dining

In the equipped kitchen or in the Kořenov motor station (150m) or in the famous Restaurant Na Vyhlídka (800m) or Restaurant U Čápa.

oven, dishwasher, hood, kettle, microwave, toaster, toaster and waffle iron) and a large dining table, LCD TV

The exterior features include a covered terrace with lighting and a grill, a sandpit with a swing, a woodshed (can also be used as a lockable bicycle storage room) and a seasonal above-ground pool (diameter 3.6 m).
