There are two apartments on the upper floor, one with direct access to the garden

Each apartment has its own kitchen (with dishwasher) or kitchenette and its own bathroom with sanitary facilities, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The cottage also has plenty of storage space for luggage, skis, bikes...

Prices include accommodation, bedding, towels and kitchen towels, cleaning for weekly stays

The stay of the dog is possible only after prior agreement and an additional fee of 500 is collected for cleaning.

The accommodation prices do not include the spa and municipal accommodation fee of 20 CZK/night for each adult and over 18 years of age, this fee is paid separately

Electricity is paid according to actual consumption at the end of the stay

When booking a date, a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is made

Another 50% is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation conditions are 10% of the price of the stay if the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of stay, if canceled less than 30 days before the date of stay then a 50% deposit is required, if the date can be occupied by someone else the deposit is 50% - 10% refundable

Less than 14 days before the date of stay, the deposit (90%) is refundable only if the date is occupied by someone else.
