A mountain cottage (800m above sea level) with a children's playground and a small swimming pool is located above the village of Desná by the Souš dam in the area called Nyčovy domky - near the Černá Říčka ski area (children's lift and illuminated ski slope)

It includes a private

meadow 6000m2.

In the summer there is a hot tub outside.
