We offer you renting a cottage in a quiet location on the border of southern, western and Central Bohemia in a small village Předmíř

The cottage is completely renovated

The cottage lies on the outskirts of the village of Předmíř

Nearby is the Brdy forests, but you can also visit the Lnáře chateau or the Blatná chateau, where in addition to the chateau with a moat itself is a widely visited English park with a herd of fallow deer

For culture, good food and drink you can go to the nearby village Soběsuky, where the thematic restaurant Angusfarm, focused on the preparation of beef steaks

You can also visit in nearby Nepomuk - the Golden Cow brewery, where you can taste their excellent beer.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is one double room (+ the possibility of one extra bed)

Possibility of two more beds on a folding couch in the living room

There are 3 rooms on the first floor:

Green bedroom is five -seater (triple room + 2 extra beds in the attic available after steps)

Red bedroom four -seater (double room + 2 extra beds in the attic available after steps)

Blue bedroom - double room

There is also a children's travel cot.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor is 1x separate toilet, 1x bathroom with shower and sink

On the first floor is a bathroom with a toilet and shower

Towels are not in place.

Heating: The possibility of heating the cottage is either a heat pump or a tiled stove.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly in the building, the possibility of storing cycling bikes in the original barn.

Dining

You can eat directly at the cottage or you can use the services of local restaurants, nearby is the Angusfarm restaurant, focused on preparing cowhide steaks.

Ground floor

There is a large dining table in the seat for about 6-8 people where you will heat the tiled stove in the background

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, microwave, electric stove with ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer

Possibility to prepare and heat dishes in the oven of tiled stoves

Further on the ground floor there is a bathroom and toilet, living room with sofa bed and one double room

On the first floor there is a lounge together with a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, three rooms and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
