The newly offered cottage is located in South Bohemia, more precisely in the village of Březí (Strakonice district)

Come to us and rent the magnificent space of a classic, South Bohemian and spacious cottage

In the building we offer 5 rooms with a double bed (max

10 people)

Possibility of 2 extra beds

All near forests, South Bohemian ponds, which are perfect for trips, drives and admiring the beauty of untouched nature

Part of the cottage is a large, green garden

In the front part, you can sit under the chestnut tree, where you can read, eat or just enjoy your time outside

In the summer months, an inflatable swimming pool with filtration is available

Large green area, can be great for various games, sunbathing and anything you like (Available: croquet, badminton, soccer ball + goals)

In part of the garden, there is a smaller concrete area with a basketball hoop, which is sure to appeal to athletes.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has 5 rooms with double beds, with the possibility of 2 extra beds

So 12 people in total

Each room contains: a bed, storage space and its own bathroom with toilet, sink and shower

For a peaceful night, every window is equipped with an insect net

COMMUNITY ROOM (Fun, Games and Relaxation Time): Gather around the large table and play board games, card games or just chat

The more active of you can use the ping-pong table, others can stretch and relax on the ladders or mats

The room includes a fireplace.

Sanitary facilities: Each room is equipped with a bathroom (washbasin, shower, toilet)

You can also use a shared toilet (access from the garden).

Heating: The building is heated by a gas boiler, the possibility of additional heating with a fireplace insert in the common room.

Transportation, parking: Parking is provided directly on the property.

The cottage has an equipped kitchen with a dining table

The kitchen leads directly to the covered terrace.

Cottage furnishings

The cottage is fully equipped, is covered by a Wi-Fi network, is non-smoking and small pets are welcome

The kitchen offers a large work surface for preparing your favorite dishes

It contains many dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and everything you need

There are also many appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, fridge, sink, gas stove, kettle and coffee machine

The common room includes a fireplace insert, ping-pong table, ladders, mat, TV...

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and each with a separate bathroom.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

In the summer season, we only rent in weekly shifts Sunday-Saturday for 31,000 CZK/week. Off-season 21,000 CZK/week, winter season 40,000/week.

Outside the summer season, you can also take advantage of weekend stays Friday-Sunday for 11,000 CZK/weekend in the off-season, 15,000/weekend in the winter season.

We charge 13,000 CZK for the extended weekend Thursday-Sunday in the off-season, 18,000 CZK in the winter season.

We charge prices for the entire object, regardless of occupancy (max. 12 people).

When ordering, a deposit of CZK 15,000 (summer season) and CZK 5,000 for a weekend stay is charged.

The surcharge is paid in cash upon check-in, or must be credited to the account on the day of check-in.

Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of CZK 4,000 is also collected for any damages

In case of excessive mess, a cleaning fee of CZK 2500 is charged.
