Cottage Hvožďanka

The cottage Hvožďanka is located in the village of Hvožďany, which lies at the foot of the Brda and on the border of the Central Bohemian, Pilsen and South Bohemian regions

The location is thus a paradise for cyclists

They can choose hilly routes in the Brda forests or flat routes around South Bohemian ponds

The cottage is newly renovated, has a large shady garden with a swimming pool and is intended for families with children or a group of friends.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 4 separate rooms in the cottage, on the ground floor there is a room with two bunk beds intended more for children, on the upper floor there are 3 rooms, each with a double bed and a separate bed with the possibility of folding.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has a total of 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets

Each bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer

The washing machine is part of one bathroom.

Heating: There is new heating throughout the cottage (temp

pump) and there is a stylish tiled stove in the living room.

Transportation, parking: Parking possible in the yard of the cottage (max. 2 cars), under the cottage (max. 2 cars)

Or in the village (25m)

Strict prohibition of parking on the lawn in the cottage building.

Dining

Groceries (50m) open all day including weekends.

Equipped kitchen - induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included), kitchen equipment and dining service

TV in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the cottage and in the garden

Children's corner in the living room

Garden: outdoor gazebo, charcoal grill, lockable bike shed with additional fridge and freezer, above ground pool, sunbeds, children's sandpit, swing, badminton rackets with baskets, ping pong table with bats and balls

Night time in the garden between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m

For children, we have 2 cots, 3 children's dining chairs, toilet seats, potties, steps under the feet, a bathtub, pushers.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The cottage is open all year round

In the summer season, from June 1st to August 31st, we only rent the cottage for a weekly stay (Saturday 3pm - Saturday 10am)

Weekend stay (Friday 3 p.m. - Sunday 10 a.m.) price per weekend CZK 16,000 + CZK 2,000 (cleaning)

Extended weekend (Thursday-Sunday) CZK 18,000 + CZK 2,000 (cleaning)

The cottage can be reserved by paying a deposit of 20% of the rental price to the bank account at KB 115-595840227/0100

An additional payment of 80% must then be paid to the same bank account no later than the day before arrival

One-time cleaning fee of CZK 2,000 in cash upon departure.
