Cottage U Roubíčků

Our Chalet U Roubíčků is located in Horní Polubné - Kořenov on the border of the Jizerské Mountains and the Giant Mountains

It is a newly renovated, modernly furnished half-timbered cottage, originally from 1880. The property is furnished both for families with children and for everyone else who wants to enjoy comfort in the heart of the mountains

The surroundings are very diverse and suitable for winter and summer holidays

In winter, families with children will appreciate the ski lift, which is 200 meters from the cottage

More demanding skiers can ski in nearby Harrachov and Rejdice (approx. 8 km) or in the resorts of Paseky and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (approx. 14 km)

Cross-country fans will find paradise here, Horní Polubný is the starting point of the Jizerská magistrály, where 180 km of groomed trails are available in the popular terrain of the Jizera Mountains

In the summer, you can go on countless beautiful hikes, and those who prefer to get to know the mountains from the saddle of a mountain bike can try the many cycle routes in the area

Those who like beautiful nature and wonderful views of the region will find their way on these routes

In the heat, you can refresh yourself in Jizera, 2 km away

You should definitely not miss a ride on the local cogwheel

The cog line Tanvald - Kořenov is the steepest and also the only cog railway in the Czech Republic

The ascent (descend) here reaches up to 58 percent

In nearby Jablonec and Liberec you can visit water parks, for children the IQ park or Dinopark will be unforgettable

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: 3x double, 1x triple, 1x quadruple, common room for 13 people with pool table, darts, large sofa set and TV/130cm.

Sanitary facilities: 2x bathroom, 1x with bathtub, 5x separate toilet

Heating: The entire cottage is heated by electric direct heaters, it is well insulated, so the rooms are always warm and dry in winter

In the common room, it is also possible to heat with a fireplace stove, from which warm air is distributed throughout the building.

Transportation, parking: Parking for up to 5 vehicles right next to the building, others in a parking lot 100 meters away

The building is right next to the road, stretched daily in the winter.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, all dishes, cutlery, salt and tablets for the dishwasher, bags for the trash can, TV with satellite

The bedrooms are equipped with beds, wardrobes, tables, hangers and lamps

In the common room (former restaurant) there is a fireplace, TV, satellite, pool table, darts and seating for 13 people at a large solid table with benches or on a leather sofa set directly by the fireplace

The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, TV + satellite, a table with five chairs

In the basement you will find a sauna and a solarium with a relaxation room

In summer, there is a 30 m2 south-facing terrace with seating, a 500 m2 garden with a pergola and barbecue

There is a children's sandbox and a swing in the garden

It is possible to park 4 cars directly next to the building (up to 6 cars in the summer season), another one in a public parking lot 100m away

The road is stretched daily in winter.
