The cottage is located in the PLA Jizerské hory on the site of the old cottage from the movie I Served the English King

Inside there are two above-standard equipped apartments, one with a capacity of 4 people (event

an extra bed for another child can be arranged) and the other with a capacity of 8 + 1 persons

In the case of renting the entire cottage, the apartments can be connected by otherwise locked double doors

The apartments have a pleasant outdoor seating area with the possibility of grilling (outside the winter season)

A children's corner with swings is available for children

A spacious fire pit for roasting burritos is also ready.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: In the smaller apartment on the ground floor there is a living room / from the living room there is access to the terrace / with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet

In the larger apartment on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a dressing room and one double bedroom

From the living room you can access two terraces with the possibility of grilling /outside of the winter season/

Upstairs there is a four-bed room and a double room, with the option of a quality extra bed, and a bathroom with a toilet

A cot with a quality mattress is available in each apartment

Each apartment has its own entrance and is fully separated

Facilities for children in the garden - a children's playground and a barbecue area are shared.

Heating: The building can be heated with electric direct heaters or fireplace stoves.

Each kitchen has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, kettle, toaster, induction hob, hood, Dolce Gusto coffee machine

A hairdryer is available in the bathroom

There is a TV in each living room that allows you to log in to Netflix

Wi-fi available

For safe storage of bikes, skis, strollers, etc

is a lockable room

The entire building is strictly non-smoking and no animals are allowed

The immediate surroundings of the object are monitored by cameras.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Price for a weekly stay in a smaller apartment (4+1) CZK 14,000

Price for a week's stay in a larger apartment (8+1) CZK 28,000

When renting the entire cottage, the apartments can be connected by otherwise locked double doors

(capacity 12+2 persons).

In the off-season, a long weekend can be arranged (price according to the number of nights).

The price for accommodation includes water consumption, bed linen, towels, tea towels, rental of a baby cot including duvets and sheets, parking at the cottage, possibility of barbecue with outdoor seating /summer only/.

At the end of the stay, the actual energy consumption (electricity according to the electricity meter), wood consumption and recreation fees to the village are always billed to the rental price.

Risk-free booking, we will refund the deposit in full in the event of a government-ordered accommodation ban again.
