Cottage to rent

The cottage is brick and completely renovated. The land is completely enclosed by fencing and it is not visible from the main road. There is a green tarpaulin on the fence with a minimum view for the highest possible level of privacy. The building and the land are flat and very accessible. Podhradí nad Dyjí is a very quiet location surrounded by forests.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are two bedrooms in the building. In one there is a double bed and in the other a double bed, a single bed and a cot. In the third living room (kitchen with living room) sofa bed (double adjustment).

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Separate toilet on the porch.

Heating: Electric boiler, heat distribution is ensured throughout the building by cast iron radiators.

Transportation, parking: The building is accessible from the main asphalt road. The access road to the rear of the building is paved with grass concrete blocks and in the yard behind the gate there is a ten-meter paved driveway for two cars.

Dining

The nearest restaurants are two restaurants, one of which (Králinda) has non-smoking areas.

Cottage furnishings

There is a wardrobe in the large bedroom. Chest of drawers in the small bedroom. In the living room (kitchen, living room) is a kitchen with sink with hot and cold water. Hot water in the building is provided by el. boiler for 160l of water, so the capacity is sufficient. Electric baking oven with grill and ceramic hob. Microwave. A fridge with a freezer. All common dishes. Dining sofa table with chairs. Folding sofa with coffee table. TV, wifi internet connection.

There is no water supply in the village, so the water source is its own well.

The building is open all year round. The summer season is from the beginning of June to the end of September.

Refundable deposit in case of applicants up to 25 years of age is 5000, - CZK.

Municipal fees included.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels for an additional fee of CZK 500.

The price does not include electricity consumption. energy. This will be added at the end of the stay and settled in cash with the client.
