We offer accommodation in a newly furnished cottage for 8 people, semi-secluded near the forest, in a quiet rural environment

The cottage has a large fenced garden with a newly built heated swimming pool

In the lower part of the garden there is a pergola with seating, a swimming pool, a grill and a hot tub with a jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna in which you can use honey or menthol essence

There are many tourist and sports activities nearby

In winter, you can enjoy winter fun on the hill behind the cottage

Sledges and bobsleds are available for rent.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has two separate bedrooms with three beds each and an open attic room with a double bed, which is accessed by a steeper staircase

The attic room offers a beautiful view of nature

The cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen and living room.

Sanitary facilities: The building has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet

Towels and bath towels are available in the bathroom, which are already included in the price of the stay.

Heating: Electric boiler.

Transportation, parking: The cottage is located in a valley that can be reached by car via a paved driveway

Parking is possible right next to the building.

Dining

There is a fully equipped kitchen without drinking water

Drinking water is provided by a water dispenser.

Garden - seating for 8 people, heated swimming pool (dimensions 4 x 2.5 x 0.8 m), each guest heats the pool himself at his own discretion, grill with smokehouse, hot tub with jacuzzi.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Prices are quoted without service charges.

7 CZK/kWh is charged for electricity.

Pet 800 CZK per week and 400 CZK per weekend

Recreation fee 21 CZK/day per person

We collect a refundable deposit of CZK 4,000 upon arrival

Arrival is possible from 15:00

Departure by 10:00

For serious reservations, we require 50% of the price of the stay

Cancel fees

If the customer cancels the binding stay, cancellation fees will be charged

Their amount is determined depending on the time remaining until the start of the stay (the start day is not included), as follows:

•31 or more days before arrival - 10% of the price of the stay,

• 15 - 30 days before arrival - 50% of the price of the stay,

•14 or less days before arrival - 100% of the price of the stay.

Customers use the booked stay at their own risk

We are not responsible for injuries, damage and destruction of property (responsibility for damage caused to health and property to a third party), for the theft of luggage during a holiday stay, as well as for damage caused by natural elements or disasters and for damage associated with these events.
