For recreation we rent a house in the village of Ochoz near Brno with sitting under a pergola in a large garden with a swimming pool (in operation in July and August), trampoline, grill… In the covered passage is table tennis table

In the garden room is a sauna, sitting, table football ..

Beautiful place for trips to the Moravian Karst, to caves, to the forest or the valley of the river to the ponds

The house has a separate equipped kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, teapot, coffee machine and toast

There are three rooms available, the living room is through

One room with fireplace stoves is furnished in a "retro" style and equipped with a double bed

In the bedroom are 3 beds + cot, in the living room couch sofa on a double bed (length only 180 cm, more suitable for children)

There are 7 places for sleeping

Available TV and WiFi

For children children's dining chair, cot, bathtub, potty, toys, outside reflectors, swings, sandpit, slide and trampoline

The house has a separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub, shower and underfloor heating, hair dryer, towels, bath towels, bedding and cloths

The house has a large garden where you can build a tent by agreement

Dogs please only manageable and obedient, fences are vachrlaté :)

The price of the lease is fresh fruit, what in the garden (depending on the season), cold beer in the refrigerator on arrival, coffee in the coffee machine, a little honey from our bees (if it is a clutch :-) and a few home eggs from our hens

Possibility to rent for a family celebration, of course with observance of night rest :).

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The house has three rooms, the living room is through

In the living room the sofa is degradable on a double bed (rather for children, length 180)

A room equipped in a "retro" style has a double bed

The bedroom has three beds and a baby cot

Total places to sleep is seven

It is also possible to build a tent by agreement in the large garden.

Sanitary facilities: The house has a separate toilet

The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and tub and shower

There is a baby bath, potty and children's toilet seat, hairdryer, towels and bath towels.

Heating: Heating is on electricity

In the bathroom is "ladder" and underfloor heating

In the cottage there is a heating tariff, ie they turn the heaters 3 times a day for half an hour.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible directly at the house, the number of parking places 5. is also possible to "accommodate" motorbike or wheels behind the gate in the passage.

Dining

The kitchen in the cottage is equipped

It is also possible to eat in one of the restaurants in the area

Buying food and basic drugstore or paper goods can be provided in a nearby well -stocked shop (beware - on Saturday and Sunday is opening hours only in the morning)

In the kitchen we will leave you coffee in the coffee machine, a few home eggs from our hens and a little honey from our bees :) (if they bring it :))

And of course the cold beer in the refrigerator awaits.

Cottage furnishings

The backyard and garden of the house is equipped with a pergola with seating, grill, trampoline and sandpit for children

In the garden there are swings, cloisters and slide for children, then fireplace and swimming pool

Price per night 3.500,-, we have prices incl.

In addition, only sauna is paid (if you are interested in its use)

When ordering a weekly stay / SO-SO / discount 20 %

For a binding reservation I accept about 50 % deposit

During the summer week's stay, the price is CZK 24,500,-, after a discount of 19.600,- advance to the account CZK 9.600,-, surcharge 10.000,- is possible in cash upon arrival

Cancel fee more than 2 months before joining 500,- CZK, less than 2 months 50% of the price of stay

Price while staying for only one night is calculated individually

The pet fee is CZK 500,-/stay, reimbursement on arrival

In case of interest in the sauna I accept the deposit of CZK 3,000, from which the flat fee CZK 500 will be deducted from

Energy according to the condition of the meter (7CZK/kWh).
