Holubovo Pole cottage is located at the end of the cottage area in Jedovnice

It is a newly built building with a modified fenced surroundings, an outdoor covered terrace, parking roofs and outdoor parking

In the garden part is located above ground pool with safety steps (small children), sandpit, slide, swing hanging on the tree, and fireplace

The cottage is the last in buildings overlooking the Great Louka directly from the living room and terrace, from the upper part of the plot gate directly to the forest

This is a quiet environment for relaxing recreation

On the ground floor there is a vestibule, toilet, bathroom, kitchenette with dining room and living room

In the attic there is a bedroom, two rooms and other toilets.

1. Association - double bed + 1 separate bed, 2 chest of drawers

2nd room - three separate beds and 2 chest of drawers

3rd room - 1x double bed, 1x cabinet (after agreement it is possible to prepare a cot)

Living room - the possibility of extra bed on the couch

There is a large built -in wardrobe in the corridor.

Sanitary facilities: bathroom with shower, bath and washing machine

In 1NP separate toilet.

Heating: Electric heating heating + main heating using a built -in fireplace.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly in the cottage area, and parking lots about 3auts, 1 - 2 cars covered with parking under shelter

Availibility, fees, price specifications

General Information:

Weekly stay is from Saturday to Saturday.

The weekend stay is from Friday to Sunday.

The accommodation takes place from 14:00 pm

Stays end at the latest at 10:00 am

The price includes:

accommodation, borrowing of bedding (towels are not included), heating, normal fuel wood consumption, electricity and water consumption, parking, internet connection, cot with bedding (on request)

Reservation Conditions:

Ordering a stay can be sent by sending demand - filling in this site

To create a binding reservation, 50% of the total price for accommodation as a deposit is paid to the account.

The remaining 50 % to the total price for accommodation is paid on the day of starting accommodation when handing over the building just before the stay (or can be sent to the account the day before entering the accommodation)

On the day of commencement of accommodation when handing over the building, the return deposit of 10000, -CZK, which is returned at the end of the stay after checking the building if everything is fine.

Cancel Conditions:

In case of canceling 30 days before arrival, the deposit is returned in full

In case of cancellation of the reservation 30 - 14 days before arrival, 50% of the advance will be returned.

If the reservation is canceled 14 - 0 days before arrival, the deposit does not return.

If you interfere with the reservation, we will try to accommodate so that you do not lose the deposit and try to find another free date that would suit you.
