We offer for holiday rental our cottage near the Olšovec pond in Jedovnice, in the very attractive area of the Moravian Karst Protected Area, where you can visit the punk cave and the well-known Macocha abyss
The cottage is located in a quiet cottage area, where you will not be disturbed by the noise of any restaurant or bar, opposite the cottage there is a large, spacious meadow and a quiet environment
The building is undergoing internal renovation from autumn 2021, which is coming to an end, and inside you will be greeted by a pleasant, clean and cozy interior
On the ground floor you will find a kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet and an outdoor terrace on both sides of the cottage
Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower, three bedrooms and again an outdoor terrace
All terraces are covered, so you can sit in the fresh air even in inclement weather
On the upper floor, the entire floor area is covered with carpet, which provides pleasant comfort and home coziness, a good sleep is guaranteed by new high-quality slats and mattresses
There is a double bed in two of the bedrooms, two separate beds in the children's room
There is a sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor, which comfortably sleeps 2 people, so the maximum capacity is 8 people
Families with children will certainly appreciate the sandpit, swing and smaller round pool for hot summer days
For the comfort of guests, the cottage is air-conditioned, the air conditioning unit can also be used as a source of heating on colder days
Another source of heating is a fireplace stove
Wood for the stove and charcoal for the grill are provided by the guests.
During the holidays we offer weekly stays, outside of the holidays the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a new kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven and everything needed for cooking, the kitchen is connected to the dining room, from which there is an entrance to the living room with a TV and a sofa bed
On the ground floor, at the entrance from the outdoor covered terrace, there is a toilet with a sink and a small cellar for storing wood and drinks
On the first floor there is a second covered terrace, a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms
The master bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, the second bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed and the third bedroom (suitable for children) has two twin beds
The floors in the bedrooms are carpeted, if the owner allows a small breed dog, the entry of animals into the bedrooms is prohibited
The cottage is air-conditioned in the bedroom, children's room and living room.
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor, a toilet with a sink, on the first floor a shower corner with a sink.
Heating: Wood stove (no fuel), air conditioning, which can also be used as heating.
Transportation, parking: Parking next to the cottage, in the case of 2 families and 2 cars, parking at the entrance to the cottage (approx. 20 meters from the cottage).
Own cooking
Several restaurants in the vicinity (Kras, Surf bar, Barrachov, Olšovec).
The cottage is equipped with a television with a rich program offer (O2 TV), where sports lovers will especially enjoy themselves, wifi network available for teenagers
The new kitchen has all the necessary equipment for eating and cooking, kettle, microwave oven, oven, fridge, dishwasher
Bed linen and towels are included in the price of the stay

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.
The price does not include recreation fees, a dog fee of 200 CZK/night (only small breeds are allowed upon agreement with the owner, in case of violation, 300 CZK/day will be deducted from the deposit) and a refundable deposit (weekend stay 2,000 CZK, 3-7 daily stays CZK 4,000
The price per week/property is CZK 24,000 including bed linen, towels, water and sewage and electricity

The price for 2 nights is CZK 8,000 under the same conditions as a weekly stay
The deposit for stays of less than 3 nights is CZK 2,000
In the summer season, there are only weekly stays starting and ending on Saturday.
Cancellation terms:
Cancellation after payment of the deposit, or total payment in the case of the start date less than 30 days after payment:
- within 14 days before boarding, 50% of the total payment received back
- less than 14 days before boarding, 0% of the total payment received back
Cancellation after payment of the deposit, or total payment in the case of the start date more than 30 days after payment:
- within 60 days before boarding, 80% of the total payment received back
- less than 60 days before boarding, return 50% of the total payment received
- less than 21 days before boarding back 0% of the total payment received
