The cottage is suitable for winter and summer stays
In the vicinity there is the Ski Resort Tanvaldský Špičák and 100 meters from the cottage Ski Resort Detoa, which is especially suitable for children and start -up skiers
Its location is also ideal for cross -country and cycling activities, but also for organizing smaller corporate or teambuilding events
The whole cottage is rented, except for the winter season there is a possibility to accommodate smaller groups after agreement
We are selling stays for this winter season 2025 - 2026. A child ski slope with a ski school is directly against the cottage
In January, shorter stays are possible at reduced prices

If we have a deadline in this cottage, we can offer you stay at our second cottage in the Giant Mountains.
Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage offers 18 beds and one extra bed in newly renovated rooms.
Sanitary facilities: Part of the room on the ground floor is a small bathroom, the second large bathroom is located on the first floor
On the first and second floor there is a separate toilet, accessible from a common corridor.
Heating: Heating the whole cottage is an automatic gas boiler
Due to the low energy performance of the building (B), there are also low heating costs.
Transportation, parking: Parking for 4 cars near the building, the municipal parking lot is 50 meters away.
Catering is possible or in nearby restaurants.
On the ground floor there is a common room with a equipped kitchen, dishwasher and seating
The cottage is fully equipped for a comfortable stay of friends of friends and individual families
Outdoor seating, fireplace and outdoor grill are available in summer
The whole building is fenced for greater safety of your kids and pets
Next to the cottage is a bike (ski room).

Whole cottage:
The price of a week's stay for the whole cottage in the winter season is 37.000,- CZK + amount for electricity and gas consumed (in the winter season the amount ranges from 1000 to 1500 CZK).

Shorter stays only by appointment if not occupied all week of spring holidays
Deposit for stay about 40% of the price of stay is payable to the owner's account before the reservation confirm
Other payments- deposit 2.000,- CZK in cash when boarding for a room, or 8.000, -CZK for the entire cottage
A recreational fee of 15,- CZK per adult/day, selected for the municipal office at the end of their stay
The cancellation fee is in the amount of the deposit for stay
Arrival: Saturday afternoon by agreement
Departure: Saturday to 10 am (week stay)
Arrival: Friday afternoon by agreement
Departure: Sunday up to 10 am (weekend stay)
The cottage is given to the individual rooms with the guests clean and tidy, in the same condition the guests must be handed over to the owners at the departure
Cleaning at the end of the stay and means undressing all bedding, vacuuming throughout the cottage, wiping all stairs and floors, basic cleaning in the kitchen, bringing baskets, any cleaning of the borrowed grill and cleaning around the cottage.
If the cleaning is not carried out, the owners will deduct the amount of 1500 CZK
Any damage to the cottage equipment will be paid by the client to the owner in cash before departure.
