The deposit is collected in the amount of 50% of the total amount, the maturity of the deposit is 3 days from the reservation.
Cancel fees:
- Over 30 days before the date of start of the stay, the cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental price is a cancellation fee.
- 30 to 10 days before the date of start of the stay is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the lease.
- 10 to 0 days before the date of the start of the stay is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the lease.

We collect a deposit worth CZK 5,000 / for one apartment
