Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has six rooms with twenty-two beds and one extra bed

The first room has one double bed and two single beds and its own bathroom including a shower

Heating: Heat pump, fireplace option in the living room (free wood).

Transportation, parking: Accessibility by car is excellent, parking for six cars.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

In the summer season, weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday

Operation of the cottage year-round, deposit of 50% of the total price within three days of confirmation of the reservation

An additional payment of 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the stay

When handing over the object, a tax is collected from the tenant, the so-called

"air" according to the local ordinance for the Municipal Office per person/day in the amount of approx. CZK 40 (only applies to persons 18-69 years old).

Refundable deposit CZK 10,000

A fee for utilities and 2000 CZK for cleaning is subsequently deducted from the security deposit

It is up to the customers to decide whether they do the cleaning themselves or pay for the cleaning.

At the end of the stay, billing and payment of energy consumption takes place.

Parking in 6 places FREE

The guest is responsible for children inside and outside the building.

Guests are also responsible for the destruction of property and are obliged to pay for damage in the event of damage to property or its equipment.

Cancellation fees

In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer within the deadline:

60 to 45 days 50% of the paid invoice for accommodation

44 to 30 days 80% of the paid accommodation invoice

29 days or less 100% of the paid accommodation invoice

If the date is filled, it is possible to get the money back or transfer to the next period.

When the accommodation facilities are closed by the government or a higher authority, we return everything to you - 100% within fourteen days.
