A large, extremely attractive, popular and well-equipped cottage with a covered heated pool, a Finnish sauna and a hot tub, in a valley by a mountain stream in the village of Janov, 3 km from Petrovice and 11 km from the Příčná ski area in the Golden Mountains.

There is a women's and a men's toilet with urinals in the common room.

Heating: Tiled stove and central heating is provided by a solid fuel boiler (automatic boiler with storage tank).

Transportation, parking: Transport by car, parking on own property for approx. 6 cars.

Year-round operation.

Summer: CZK 5,990 object/night

In the summer season, the cottage is only rented for the whole week, Sat - Sat.

For winter weekend stays (FRI - SUN) IT IS PAYABLE FOR 3 DAYS (in this case PRICE/DAY = PRICE/NIGHT)

Off-season rental option - long weekend Thursday - Sunday

In the winter season, we prefer a rental period of four nights.

When taking over the building, a refundable deposit of CZK 4,000 is collected

The fee for the dog is paid on the day of arrival, small breed CZK 50/day, medium and large breed CZK 90/day

Cancellation terms:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order at any time without cancellation fees from the rental price charged by the lessor, namely 50 days before the ordered date, exclusively in writing

The date of delivery of the order cancellation document to the lessor is considered the moment of withdrawal.

When withdrawing from a confirmed order after the specified period, the customer is obliged to pay the lessor cancellation fees in the amount of:

1) 20% of the total rental price charged by the owner when canceling the order 49 - 31 days before arrival

2) 50% of the total rental price charged by the owner when the order is canceled 30 - 8 days before

arrival.

3) 100% of the total rental price charged by the owner when canceling the order 7 - 0 days before

arrival.

If the customer arranges for a refund, no cancellation fees apply

We also pay attention to the possibility of cancellation fee insurance in case you have to cancel your stay for serious reasons.
