The cottage is located in a quiet location "Slate" near the Moravice River

It is a very spacious bunk building surrounded by a meadow, a pond and a river

Arrival to the cottage is along a rocky road

Very suitable for couples, holidays in nature, family celebrations or for stays with children as a base for trips around

The house is used in summer cyclists and in winter skiers

Land is not fenced, but domestic animals are welcome.

Bedrooms and rooms: Cottage has 6+1st floor there are three rooms

The largest has three beds and is also suitable as a playroom

You will find games for children and desk

Two people will sleep in two smaller rooms

Children can play games on the game console (x - box)

There is also a large corridor where one bed and armchair are located

On the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and washing machine

The large living room is equipped with a TV and a large sofa bed

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a large freezer, an electric stove with an oven

Is fully equipped with kitchen utensils

A spacious dining room with a large table and a kitchen window is also suitable for evening sitting over a social game

There is also a relaxing corner with a library in the dining room

The hallway is suitable for storing wheels

Next to the cottage is an outdoor seating under a pergola by a fireplace where you can roast or grill

There are 8 places for sleeping (3 bedrooms + spacious hall), the possibility of four extra beds (covered mattresses) or sofa bed.

Heating: Inner fireplace and central heating with solid fuel boiler.

Transportation, parking: Parking around the cottage, last 150m from the road rocky road.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The house is available all year round (central heating for solid fuel)

During the holiday months (July -August) week stays are preferred (from Saturday - Saturday, you can arrange otherwise)

Price for the weekend in the season is CZK 9,000

The price for consumed electricity is paid at the end of the stay and 10, -CZK /kWh

On the day of arrival, the landlord must be folded by a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 to cover any damage to the landlord's property

Otherwise the bail will be returned to the customer in full

It is necessary to pay 50 % of the price of stay on the landlord's account within 7 days of booking the deadline and the remaining 50 % of the price of the stay must be paid to the landlord 14 days before the date of the stay

Cancellation and return of the advance payment to the customer is possible 30 days before entering the stay.
