During the summer holidays (July to August) we prefer weekly stays, ideally Saturday-Sobot.
The price is valid for rent for 2 or more nights
Minimum rental length of 2 nights.
Home petition 200 CZK.
Fee to municipality 20 CZK night/person older than 18 - years.
The refundable deposit for any damage to the property and the unleashed gross cleaning according to the operating rules is 5 000,-
Paying an advance payment of 50% of the price by bank transfer concludes a binding contract between the owner and the tenant
Cancel fees in case of reservation cancellation:
60 to 31 days before arrival - 50% cancellation fee from paid advance.
30 and less days before arrival - 100% cancellation fee of paid deposit.
Responsibility for damages: By reimbursement of the lessee, he takes responsibility for the damage caused to the building, equipment and accessories during the stay and undertakes to pay the owner caused by the owner
We fully recommend arranging travel insurance for the Czech Republic (sufficient for 1 adult), which also contains responsibility insurance.
