There is also the possibility of relaxation in the newly created outdoor covered wellness zone, which includes a whirlpool with bubbles, infrared sauna for two people and for hardy cooler with refreshing water

Under the pergola is also the possibility of pleasant sitting and grilling on charcoal grill

The cottage is located in the locality Vítkov - Zálužná, part of the wetlands, near the Moravice River, about 3 km from the Kružberk dam and 9 km from the town of Vítkov

About 30 m behind the cottage on the forest land are located hives with bees, which your well -being but will not disturb

Land around the cottage is not fenced

Dogs and other small pets are welcome in our country, but with regard to the uninhabited land, this is due to safety at your consideration

The whole cottage is pleasantly and tastefully furnished, atmosphere is given to accessories of its own production with lavender motifs.

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, both equipped with a double bed - 4 sleeping places, night tables and storage space for clothes

At the bottom of the cottage there is a living zone where there is a sofa bed, which also has a possibility of comfortable sleeping for 1 - 2 persons

The living part is connected to the kitchenette, from the living area is the entrance directly to the outdoor pergola, where there is a wellness zone and sitting, also from the living area the entrance directly to the spacious terrace is a table and chair

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and accessories for comfortable cooking

The living area is equipped with a sofa sofa, armchairs, storage stoves and television.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet, boiler for water heating and toilet is located at the bottom of the cottage.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The cottage is available for rent year round

During the holiday months of July and August-years season there is the possibility of accommodation for at least 7 nights, always from Saturday to Saturday

Outside July and August-Mimo season is the possibility of accommodation from 2 nights and more

Price for 2 nights is 5.000, -CZK, price from 3 nights is 1.800, -CZK/night. The winter season is the possibility of accommodation from 2 nights and more

Price for 2 nights is 5.000, -CZK, price from 3 nights is 1,800,-/night outside Christmas and New Year's Eve-VDE applies to individual conditions and prices

In the deadlines of spring holidays there is the possibility of accommodation from 3 nights.

The price for consumed electricity is paid at the end of the stay and 10, -CZK /kWh.

On the day of arrival, the landlord must be folded a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 to cover any damage to the landlord's property, otherwise the deposit will be returned to the customer in full.

For the binding booking of the deadline, it is necessary to pay 50% of the price of stay on the landlord's account within 7 days of booking the deadline and the remaining 50% of the price of the stay must be paid to the landlord 14 days before the date of starting.

Cancellation and return of the advance payment to the customer is possible 30 days before entering the stay.
