The newly renovated cottage Eva is located in the immediate vicinity of the river and the forest

It is suitable for families with children and fishermen

The cottage provides accommodation for 1 - 6 people in 3 bedrooms, there is also a common room with an equipped kitchen

The cottage is insulated, suitable for year-round rentals

On a fenced 3000 m

there are three cottages on the plot

Each cottage has its own terrace and plenty of privacy

You can rent the cottages individually or together

Here you can enjoy the peace and just be, sitting on the terrace or in the garden

You can walk directly into the forest through the back gate, or go for a walk along the river

A boat on the river is at your disposal

In the evening you can sit by the fire or cook something good on the grill

A kettle and a grill are available for rent

The surrounding forests are rich in mushrooms every year

We will lend you baskets and you can go

If you like fishing, you will find a quiet place on our pier by the river Lužnice

You can swim in the river Lužnica or walk 700m along the river to the municipal swimming pool with refreshments "Sportovní centrum Za řekou", where there are also courts for beach volleyball, netball and ping pong

There are other natural and municipal swimming pools in the vicinity

On the opposite bank of the river there are shops, restaurants, tennis courts

You can reach them on foot, by bike 1.5 - 2 km or by car 2 - 3 km, or you can cross by boat and then everything is just a short walk away

Larger shops are at the beginning of the town of Tábor, about 5 km away

There is drinking water in the cottage

Drinking water capacity is limited

So please use water sparingly

For this reason, we also prefer that everyone brings their own bedding and towels

Blankets and pillows are provided

If necessary, we will lend you bed linen and towels for a fee

Based on previous experiences, please note that the cottage is located in a cottage area

We take into account the surrounding residents

We do not wish for excessive noise to be made in the surroundings of the cottage, loud music to be played, loud shouting, etc.

Bedrooms and rooms: Three separate bedrooms

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a double bed + bed + raised bed

Bedroom 2 upstairs has two beds, bedroom 3 upstairs has a triple bed.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom on the ground floor with toilet, sink, bathtub and washing machine.

Heating: There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, and there is also a fireplace in the common room

There are direct heaters in the upper rooms.

Transportation, parking: Parking spaces for 2 cars, paved driveway.

Dining

Equipped kitchen in the building, Pizza zá rekou offers food delivery, refreshments by the swimming pool, Maxim restaurant, Lužnice hotel and shops in Planá nad Lužnicí.
