Rent of our brick non-smoking house, renovated in

2020. It is located on a fenced plot in the south-western slope, semi-secluded near the village of Krtov

Only 6 houses (cottages) in the place

The big advantage of this house is that it stands at the end of a field and there is peace and the most beautiful view of the panorama of Tábor region with a view to the Šumava Hills

The sunsets here are beautiful

The house is one-story, so all the rooms are on the same level, only a few stairs lead to the house

The house has a living room with a kitchen, 3 smaller bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower

The terrace is equipped with sliding windows, nets

So, in case of bad weather, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the landscape with a coffee

We have newly installed an outdoor terrace

In the back garden you will find a grill with seating, a sunken indoor pool 7x3x1.5 (only for this house) with a vending machine

The pool cover is used to warm it up quickly, so guests can swim from May to the end of September in good weather

Thanks to the cover, warm water is kept even for several days in bad weather

All windows are equipped with insect nets

The dog does not belong in the bed and in the pool

And you can't leave him alone in the house for the duration of the trip

If the customer cancels the binding stay, cancellation fees will be charged

Their amount is determined depending on the time remaining until the start of the stay (the start day is not included), as follows:

•31 or more days before arrival - 10% of the price of the stay,

• 15 - 30 days before arrival - 50% of the price of the stay,

•14 or less days before arrival - 100% of the price of the stay.
