The cottage is suitable for families with children, close to cycle paths, or fishing enthusiasts (the Lužnice river in front of the cottage is a fishing area 421 037 - Lužnice 6)

The unfenced plot belonging to the cottage is approx. 400 m² and allows parking on its own plot, access via the municipal road

The capacity is a total of 10 beds (9 standard + option of 1 extra bed).

Availibility, fees, price specifications

During the season, the property can be rented for only 7 days.

Price does not include:

a) the price of consumed electrical energy

It will be billed separately according to the energy actually consumed, at a price of CZK 9 per 1 kWh

b) local fee to the municipality of Klenovice according to the valid decree on local fees, paid by persons over 18 years of age, CZK 10/1 day of stay.

Dog fee - CZK 500/week, only small breeds.

In winter, a charge of CZK 100 for heating/day (3 doses for the tiled stove).

After creating a non-binding reservation, there are 7 days to pay the 50% deposit

After payment, we will confirm your reservation as binding

The additional payment is due no later than 30 days before the start date

Payment information will be sent to you by email.

Cancellation Policy:

if the order is canceled by the lessee, the deposit paid will be returned as follows:

1. there are more than 90 days left until the start date - we return 50% of the paid deposit

2. 45 to 90 days remain until the start date - we return 30% of the paid deposit

3. there are less than 45 days left until the start date - we return 0% of the paid deposit

You can cancel an accommodation order in writing, by email, by sending an SMS message or directly by phone

We will then confirm the cancellation.

A deposit of CZK 2,000 is required at the beginning of the stay, which will be returned at the end of the stay upon handing over the object and equipment intact, or

billed with consumed electricity.
