The cottage below the forest is located in the picturesque valley, which flows through the paddling, trout river Otava, in the recreational village of Annín

It is about 8km from Sušice in the direction of Kašperské Mountains in the neighborhood of the beautiful and extensive nature reserve National Park Šumava

This location predetermines our recreational equipment as an excellent starting point for hiking, cycling or trips to the sights of the surroundings

In addition, the location of the cottage ensures absolute privacy because it is surrounded by two sides through the forest

Thus mushrooms can be collected literally behind the cottage

You will also appreciate the passive relaxation rest in place eg

by the fire.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage is a separately standing brick object

There are two double rooms, one with a dining table and a stove, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and toilet

Two (baby) beds can be added if necessary

It is heated by floor heating using fireplace stoves or air conditioning unit and is habitable all year round

Outside at the cottage is a fireplace and a space for sitting.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has its bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: Heating in the cottage is floor using a fireplace, in milder weather it can be heated by air -conditioning unit.

Transportation, parking: Parking is free of charge on its own land, the driveway is reinforced and maintained in winter.

Dining

Guests can prepare the food themselves, or can be arranged to prepare breakfast or half board

These are served in a dining room with a bar located in a nearby building

In addition, there are two restaurants (200m, 500m), where they are cooked for the public.

Cabin furnishings

The internal equipment of the building is corresponding to about three -star accommodation

Of course there are bed linen, towels and cloths

In addition, guests can use a free automatic washing machine in a nearby building, a vacuum cleaner is available

The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, kettle and microwave

There is also the necessary dishes, glasses and cutlery

TV is available

Outdoor seating, fireplace and grill are used for relaxation at the site

For children there is a sandpit and a trampoline.

Operation throughout the year, in the summer season we only accept weekly and longer stays.

PRICE LIST:

For 2 persons the price for an object is 1.800, -CZK/night, ie

12.600, -CZK/week

Each additional bed: á 300, -CZK

Children's discount (students) of the following prices: á 100, -CZK

Prices are final, including all fees.

Reservation deposit according to agreement with the client, usually 3000, -CZK.

Cancel: When canceling a stay within a period of less than 14 days until the advance does not return, but it is possible to arrange a substitute date of accommodation.
