Cabin Pod Lesem

Chata Pod Lesem is located in a picturesque valley through which the river Otava flows for boaters and trout, in the recreational village of Annín

It is about 8 km from Sušice in the direction of Kašperské Hory in the neighborhood of the beautiful and extensive nature reserve Šumava National Park

This location predisposes our resort to an excellent starting point for hiking, cycling or sightseeing in the area

The very location of the cottage also guarantees absolute privacy as it is surrounded by forest on two sides

Mushrooms can thus be collected literally behind the cottage

You will also appreciate passive relaxation in places such as

by the fire.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage is a detached brick building

There are two double rooms, one with a dining table and fireplace, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet

If necessary, two (children's) bunk beds can be added

It is heated by floor heating using a fireplace stove or an air conditioning unit and is habitable all year round

There is a fireplace and a sitting area outside the cottage.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: Heating in the cottage is storey with a fireplace, in milder weather it can also be heated with an air conditioning unit.

Transportation, parking: Parking is free on the property, the driveway is paved and maintained in winter.

Dining

Guests can prepare their own meals, or arrangements can be made to prepare breakfast or half board

These are served in a dining room with a bar located in a nearby building

In addition, there are two restaurants on site (200m, 500m) where they cook for the public.

Cabin furnishings

The internal equipment of the building corresponds to approximately three-star accommodation

Of course, bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided

In addition, guests can use the automatic washing machine in a nearby building free of charge upon request, and a vacuum cleaner is available

The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge, kettle and microwave

There are also necessary dishes, glasses and cutlery

TV is available

For relaxation, there is an outdoor seating area, a fireplace and a grill

For children there is a sandpit and a trampoline.

Operation all year round, in the summer season we only accept weekly and longer stays.

PRICE LIST:

For 2 people, the price for the property is CZK 1,600/night, i.e

CZK 11,200/week

For 3 people, the price for the property is CZK 1,800/night, i.e

CZK 12,600/week

For 4 people, the price for the property is CZK 2,000/night, i.e

CZK 14,000/week

For 5 people, the price for the property is CZK 2,300/night, i.e

CZK 16,100/week

Prices are final including all fees.

Reservation deposit according to the agreement with the client, usually CZK 3,000.

Cancellation: If the stay is canceled less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is not returned, but an alternative accommodation date can be arranged.
