Bedrooms and rooms: Bedroom on the ground floor: double bed (160x200cm) and single bed (90x200cm)

Another double bed (180x200) is located upstairs on the gallery

Option to Folding single beds

After entering the cottage you enter the hall, where there are stoves and the possibility of sitting, from there is the entrance to the main common room with stove and kitchenette, to the bottom separate bedroom, bathroom with toilet and stairs to the gallery, where there is a large double bed.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with bath and toilet.

Heating: Heating is solved by a fireplace, wood is available

Before the arrival of the guests, the cottage will be heated.

Transportation, parking: Free parking on your own land

The driveway is asphalt and maintained in winter.

The cottage has its own kitchen, restaurants are available around +2.5 km.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, double electric cooker, kettle, refrigerator, microwave

You will find the necessary dishes, French press, basic spices, oil, tea, instant coffee

Of course there are bed linen, towels and cloths

Refundable deposit of CZK 2,000

The deposit of 50 % of the amount per stay is due within 3 days of ordering.

The surcharge is payable no later than 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation of reservation 21-15 days before arrival - cancellation fee 25% of the total price of stay.

Cancellation of reservation 14-8 days before arrival - cancellation fee 50% of the total price of stay.

Cancellation of reservation 7-4 days before arrival - cancellation fee 75% of the total price of stay.

Cancellation of booking 3 or less days before arrival - cancellation fee 100 % of the total price of stay.
