We offer you accommodation in a cozy and fully equipped cottage for 6 people with a spacious terrace and a completely fenced garden

It is located in the picturesque landscape of Pošumaví, a few kilometers from the borders of the NP Šumava

You can also easily reach us by bus

In the village, a few hundred meters away, there are three restaurants (including the famous Hospůdka u Štěpán), a shop and a swimming pool

In Sušice (7 km) there are plenty of opportunities for cultural and sports activities

We will be happy to advise you on the selection of tourist routes and activities

The entire cottage with a terrace, including a large fenced garden, will be at your disposal

The cottage has a maximum capacity of 6 people

The cottage has a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen so that the place retains its style and at the same time is as comfortable as possible for guests

Our cottage is also exceptional with a glass room, the so-called Kaffeezimmer, which serves as a reading room and offers the opportunity to fully enjoy the comfort and peace of this place

There is an outdoor grill and a portable fire pit with roasting forks

The cottage has a spacious terrace, perfect for sitting in the fresh air

Cleanly made beds and a towel for everyone will be waiting for you at the cottage

You won't find TV or Wi-Fi here

Apart from the forest, the cottage is adjacent to only one piece of land, and it belongs to my cousin

He has a little house and beehives there, so he shows up here from time to time

Neither he nor his bees will disturb you

Pavel is a local, so you can use his knowledge of the area, or ask him about fresh forest honey or the way to get it

The water from the own well is checked by analysis and is drinkable, with a slightly increased iron content

We change our shoes in the cottage, if you have your favorite wellies, please bring them with you, otherwise they are available to rent

In winter, the cottage rests, stays are possible by individual agreement

Possibility of payment using employee benefits and FKSP contributions on the invoice

The price is final and includes resort fees to the municipality

We do not require extra payments for energy

We can also communicate with guests in English, German and Russian.

Sanitary facilities: Newly renovated bright bathroom with a spacious shower

A separate toilet with entrance from the hall is easily accessible from the cottage as well as from the terrace or garden.

Heating: In autumn and winter, the coziness of the cottage is complemented by a crackling fire in the stove, and there are electric direct heaters in the rooms.

Transportation, parking: The cottage is located approximately 300 meters before the beginning of the village of Petrovice from the direction of Sušice, on the left side of road 171.

Access by car is possible up to the cottage, parking on the lockable lot

The bus stop Petrovice u Sušice, Mýto is only 400 meters from the cottage and, for example, the bus connection from Prague is very good, with a transfer in Klatovy or Sušice

You can then travel by bus on one-day trips throughout the western part of Šumava.

In addition to the rich kitchen equipment, you will also find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, spices, oil and vinegar here

You can prepare coffee in a French press or a moka pot

In addition to a fridge, kettle and double stove, you will also have a small oven and a toaster.

Additional payment of the remaining amount one week before arrival.

Price of the entire building per night: 2,600 CZK

Minimum stay: 2 nights, during the summer holidays 7 nights (usually from Saturday to Saturday)

The price is final, includes municipal fees and energy.

The price of a stay on the Airbnb website may differ from the offer on this website, depending on the number of people and the selected date.

Cancellation fees: from 30 to 8 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount, from 7 to 4 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total rental amount, from 3 days to the arrival date: 100% of the total rental amount.
