The cottage is located in the quiet mountain village of Bublava
The surroundings of Bublava offer a wide range of leisure activities in summer and winter months.
Bedrooms and rooms: There are two apartments in the building, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, both of which have an area of 40 m²
Each has a separate bathroom connected to the toilet, an entrance hall, a kitchen with a bed and a separate bedroom.
Sanitary facilities: The toilet is shared with the bathroom, which has a large shower and pleasant underfloor heating, hairdryer, soap, towels available.
Heating: We heat with a gas boiler (temperature 22°C during the day, 20°C at night) + it is possible to heat in a fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom + wall ladder.
Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the building, on its own property, for 4 cars
Notice!! for guests coming from Prague: do not follow the navigation that will lead you through the village of Přebuz, the road is impassable all winter! Go to Karlovy Vary - Sokolov - Kraslice - Bublava
Cooking is possible in the building or in one of the many local restaurants.
In both apartments there is a fully equipped kitchen, including roots, mixer, kettle, hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with smaller freezer, coffee maker, toaster
