Timbered new buildings meet demanding requirements for current housing and recreation

There is a timbered sauna, a terrace with its own grill, wifi connection and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and dishwasher

The surrounding and interior of the timbered houses form an ideal place for your rest and relaxation

You will also find a private children's playground for timbered houses

In winter you can use the Bublava Ski Resort with a four -seater chairlift, wide ski slopes of all levels of difficulty, evening skiing, artificial snow, ski rental and service, ski school and children's school

For cross -country skiing you can use many modified running tracks up to 150 km

Many accompanying events take place in the Ski Resort in the season

In the summer there are many hiking trails (Obuz Nature Park) and cycling routes or the possibility of swimming in the nearby Schöneck Aquapark

Horse farm offers rides around

Forest mushrooming and collection of forest berries is also popular

You can find mushrooms or blueberries a few meters from the timbered houses

In the summer there are various festivities, children's races or concerts in the village

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Upstairs you will find two separate bedrooms with prepared bedding

There is a double bed in each bedroom and a separate bed

There is also a cot.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom offers an elegant shower, toilet and sink on a beautiful massive wooden board

There is also a washing machine.

Heating: Jotul stove (wood is already included in the price)

It is also possible to heat electric heaters (electricity is paid separately).

Transportation, parking: Parking is directly at the timbered houses

There is a forest driveway, which is stretched in winter.

There is a small self -service in Bublava.

The price of accommodation includes wood for heating and fees for the municipality (airy)

Electricity is paid separately.
