The cottage is located in the center of the quiet village of Bublava, surrounded by forests and pastures, 5 km from the town of Kraslice and 1 km from the border with Germany

There are several restaurants and a small shop in the village

The ski area and access to cross-country trails are within walking distance

Outside of the winter season, you can use countless cycle paths on both the Czech and German sides

The surrounding countryside is ideal for a family vacation

during the whole year.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage with its own fenced garden provides accommodation for a total of 10 guests

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room, an entrance hall, a large kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

Upstairs there is one small room with a double bed, one for 4 people with a double bed and two single beds and one small room with two single beds.

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has one bathroom with a toilet.

Heating: Heating is provided by a gas boiler, or

you can use the fireplace stove located in the kitchen and living room.

Transportation, parking: Parking in the garden for up to 4 cars.
