The newly built guesthouse is located on the edge of the beautiful nature of CHKO BRDY

The guesthouse is located in the middle of the village of Vranovice (Příbram district)

It is possible to accommodate 17 people + 1 child in a cot

We have prepared a beautifully equipped playroom for small children's visitors

The guesthouse has a common room with a capacity of 40 people

A bar with a built-in tap is available in the common room

There is also an equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher and oven

An outdoor pool with salt water measuring 5 x 3m is available to guests

There is a solar shower by the pool

In the summer months, there is an outdoor seating area with a fireplace

It is possible to grill on a gas grill

A lockable garage is available for your bikes

Upon agreement, a small inflatable pool for the smallest children will be available

The entrance of any animal is prohibited

Smoking is not allowed inside the guesthouse.

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor of the guesthouse there is a common room including a large kitchen and toilets

There is also a playroom for children, an apartment and one triple room on the ground floor

There are 5 rooms on the floor - double and triple

Each room has its own bathroom.

Sanitary facilities: Each room has a separate bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)

The common room has a toilet for women and a toilet for men

Children can use a bathtub and a potty.

Heating: The guesthouse is heated by a heat pump.

Transportation, parking: Parking at the guesthouse.

Dining

The guesthouse has an equipped kitchen where you can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner yourself

In the village there is Bistro Pecka (Bakery, pastry shop, cafe), where you can eat every weekday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

you can buy savory and sweet pastries, cakes, coffee, etc

It is possible to visit restaurants in the surrounding towns and villages: Rožmitál, Příbram, Bohutín.

The rooms are equipped with a massive wooden bed with a quality mattress, bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a coat rack or a chest of drawers

We have a potty and a baby bath available for children

There is one apartment in the guesthouse, where there is a bedroom, equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a cot

There is also a living room with a kitchen, where there is a sofa, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a dining table with 4 chairs

The kitchenette is equipped with crockery, cutlery, mugs, glasses, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven and fridge with freezer, kettle

The apartment includes a bathroom, a dressing room and an anteroom

The playroom for children is equipped with a wooden slide, a tent with balls, a table and chairs, ball seats and a supply of toys

The common room is connected to the living part of the guesthouse and is accessible from the outside

It is equipped with wooden tables and chairs, tables for a banquet, a wine cellar, and a pool table

A bar equipped with dishes and a tap is available to guests (according to prior agreement, we will provide a keg, it is not possible to bring your own keg)

The bar includes a kitchen counter with a sink and a refrigerator

The common room includes a kitchen, equipped with an induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, pots, mugs, glasses, etc.

We have a high chair for children - 2x

The outdoor covered wooden seating area is equipped with tables and chairs, a fireplace and a gas grill

In the garden there is an indoor swimming pool 5 x 3 m with salt water

There is a solar shower next to the pool

In 2024, we prepared a children's playground for small visitors

Wi-Fi connection is free in the entire area of ​​the guesthouse.

The stay is possible for a minimum of 2 nights

We prefer weekly stays in July and August

Note: IF THE LENGTH OF STAY IS MORE THAN 4 NIGHTS, THE PRICE PER NIGHT IS CZK 10,000

The prices include the use of WIFI, consumed water, use of towels, bed linen, toiletries

Electricity 100 kWh per week's stay included in the price, in case of excess, a surcharge of CZK 6.05 per 1 kWh.

For a small child 0-3 years old, we have a cot, a bathtub and a potty.

If guests are interested, we can provide a keg of beer - Pilsner Urquell 12°, (15l, 30l, 50l), or

HEROLD – LIGHT CASTLE LAGER 11°, HEROLD – LIGHT BREZNICKY LAGER 12° (15l, 20l, 30, 50l).

The outdoor gas grill can be rented for free, with the condition that it will be returned to its original state (cleaned, cleaned) and only a gas fee of CZK 100/week will be charged

In case of grill cleaning by us, a fee of CZK 500 will be charged.

A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is collected at the beginning of the stay for any damages

If the guest house is not returned to its original clean condition, a cleaning fee of CZK 2,000 will be deducted from the deposit.

The municipal residence tax is CZK 25/guest/night (according to the generally binding decree on the local residence tax 565/1990Sb

§ 14).

It is possible to book a pension on the basis of an advance payment of 20% of the rental price to a bank account with Česká Spořitelna: 4346747329/0800

An additional payment of 80% for the rental must then be paid to the same bank account no later than the day before arrival, or it is possible to pay for the stay in cash on the day of arrival.
