Cottage for kids Poule/Ildam

A modern cottage for families with children Villa POULE is located on the edge of the Brdy Nature Reserve in Central Bohemia, only 45 minutes by car from the Prague region

It also functions as a guesthouse with individual room rentals, but we prefer to rent the entire building

In the immediate vicinity of the house begins the Brdy Nature Reserve - a paradise for cyclists and cross-country skiers

We offer accommodation in a newly renovated and modernly furnished house

All 7 rooms are designed for the comfort of families with children, including babies

The house has an indoor children's corner and a playground in the garden with climbing frames, a slide, swings, a sandpit, a house for children and lots of other play elements

A swimming pool is available in summer

Near the building is a natural swimming pool supplied with water from a forest spring.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Villa Poule offers accommodation for up to 23 people + 6 or

even more small children (7 cots are available)

Apartment: 1x double room + 1x quadruple room - two separate rooms connected by a corridor and sharing a separate bathroom and a separate toilet

All rooms can accommodate 1 or more baby cots

There are 3 extra beds (a separate bed with a mattress) that can be placed in all rooms.

Sanitary facilities: 5 rooms have their own bathroom (with shower or bath), apartment: 2 rooms share a bathroom and toilet (only for these 2 rooms)

There are 2 more separate toilets in the common areas.

Heating: The object is heated automatically by a heat pump, no guest service is required.

Transportation, parking: Arrival by local road maintained even in winter

Parking next to the house in a reserved place on the municipal property or directly on the property of the pension.

Dining

2 fully equipped kitchens are available to guests for self-cooking including dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.

The kitchens have dining rooms, both with a children's playroom, the second large, where the entire staff can sit (capacity up to 24 people)

Several children's dining chairs are available

We can offer guests a garden grill (on charcoal) or a basket for roasting burritos, including skewers, for rent.

We are happy to recommend proven restaurants to our guests in the vicinity.

COMMON ROOM WITH KITCHEN - in the basement (it is possible to sit in this room even in the evening when small children are sleeping in the rooms, it is in the basement and the rooms are not disturbed)

The capacity of the dining room is up to 22 people + 6 children's dining chairs

The kitchenette is equipped with dishes, an induction cooker, a microwave oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a washing machine and a dryer

Children's corner with a large number of toys and building blocks for all age categories

Couch for relaxation (it can be used as a 27 bed in exceptional cases)

WIFI - it goes without saying that you can connect to the Internet for free via the wireless Wifi network

ENTRANCE HALL - with shoe rack, shoe drainers and jacket hangers

EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN INSIDE - 6 cots, 8 dining chairs, potties, toilet seat, children's night orientation light, inflatable bathtub for babies (for a fee), babysitter (for a fee), children's corner with a large number of toys, games and books

OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS: covered gazebo with seating (possibility of renting a garden grill or fire pit for roasting burritos), children's climbing system with swings and slide, sandpit with toys, bouncers

We are now offering guests an outdoor ping-pong table (bats and balls for rent)

SWIMMING POOL - free standing, framed, in the summer months

BIKE AND STROLLER STORAGE - electronically guarded

Since we want to focus mainly on athletes and families with children, our house is strictly non-smoking (this also applies to the garden)

Unfortunately, dogs, cats and other pets are also not allowed.
