Cottage to rent

The picturesque border village of Žítková is located in the heart of the White Carpathians PLA, which was made famous by the novel "Žítkov Goddesses"

Our cottage is set in a secluded meadow, where you can breathe peace and the legacy of our ancestors

The cottage is fully equipped so that you can enjoy a beautiful holiday in nature, where you will be woken up by the singing of birds in the morning

There are many interesting places for excursions nearby, or you can just relax on the sunny terraces and listen to the sounds of nature

Under the tree, you can relax on a bench by the natural pond, where there is also a well with drinking water, guarded by our water boy Vašek

For children, we have a playground with a slide, swings, a sandpit, a trampoline and a pool

For big swimmers, there is a natural reservoir or a small swimming pool in nearby Staré Hrozenkov

Your four-legged friends are also welcome here (on the ground floor)

In the evening, you can make a romantic bonfire or sink into the fireplace on cold nights

The cottage has two LCD TVs and a WiFi connection

This place is suitable for relaxation and rest from the worries of everyday life

One can feel that it is a place where the world is still right

Nature in the Bílé Karpaty PLA offers countless beautiful views of the landscape, unspoiled fauna and flora, where many rare species of animals live and rare plants grow.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: For sleeping, we have a large loft where there are two beds, other sleeping is handled by mattresses on the ground, which can be spread out as desired

Bedding and linen are included in the price

Ladder steps lead to the attic from the bottom

For the safety of children, there is a lockable hatch

Each floor has an LCD TV and a fireplace

In the lower part, there is a living room connected to the kitchen, with access to the bathroom and access to the staircase to the attic, through the corridor you can reach the terrace, where there is a sitting area for pleasant mornings and evenings

It is possible to rent a second attic with the cottage, which has a capacity of 4 beds, located 10m from the main building.

Sanitary facilities: In the lower part, there is a bathroom connected to the toilet, with a shower corner and a heated floor.

Heating: Fireplace stove and fireplace.

Transportation, parking: A paved road leads to the property, where you can park approx. 80 m from the cottage

In good weather, you can go down the meadow to the cottage.

Dining

The store is located in Bojkovice 12 km away, or a smaller store in Staré Hrozenkov 6 km away

During the season, a small snack stand is open approx. 2 km from here, where you can order homemade bread directly from the oven

There is a restaurant in Žítková.

Cottage furnishings

The living area has a sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, a fireplace and a library

The kitchenette is part of the living room

The kitchen has a dishwasher, an induction cooker, an electric cooker, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a kettle, a sink with hot water, a fridge with a freezer and all the necessary dishes

Outside there are two terraces with seating, relaxing sunbeds, a grill with a smokehouse, parasols, benches by the fireplace, grilling skewers, baskets for mushrooms, a children's playground, a trampoline, a sandpit, a pool.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Boarding is always on Saturday at the time of the month 2-6 p.m.

Departure next Saturday between 8-10am

When will the cottage be taken over?

On the day of arrival, a refundable deposit of 2,000 kc is collected

Energy is included in the price of the stay.
