All year round

During the season the project is rented only for a week (Saturday-Sobot) and more

In addition to the season, shorter stays after individual agreement are possible

Minimum length of stay - 2 nights

New Year's Eve stays (min.3 night).

Christmas stays

The price is not:

- El consumption

energy - according to actual consumption

- recreational fee to municipality 30,- per person per day

Pet 500,-/ stay

The owner is responsible for the damage caused by the owner

The price includes:

- bedding

- towels

- cloths

- Wood on an outdoor fireplace

- water - municipal water supply

Deposit - 50% of the total price of stay

The reservation becomes binding after payment of 50 % of the total price of the stay.

Deposit - 3 000, -

A returnable deposit of 3 000,- is selected on boarding

Cancellation

During the season:

- within 31 days before boarding: no charge

- 30 - 15 days before boarding: 50 % of the deposit

- 14 days - day of arrival: 100 % backup amount

Out of season:

- Within 15 days before boarding: no fee

- 14 - 8 days before boarding: 50 % of the deposit

- 7 days - day of arrival: 100% advance amount

CLEANING

Before leaving, we ask for putting the building to the state in which you took it - tidy and without damage

We would like to remove the bed linen used.
