We offer accommodation in a renovated cottage with a garden of 6,000 m²

We rent the entire building, which is located at a distance of about 300 meters from the inhabited part of the village

The river Jevišovka flows around the cottage and the surrounding forests provide visitors with absolute privacy

Attached to the cottage is a terrace with an outdoor fireplace, garden furniture and a parasol

A garage is also available for visitors to store bicycles or other items

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Two separate rooms

In one room, a double bed 160 cm

In the second room, one separate single bed and a bunk bed with a lower bed of 140 cm and an upper bed of 90 cm

Possibility of a child's extra bed and two extra beds in the common room.

Sanitary facilities: Separate toilet and shower

Separate sink with mirror and storage space.

Heating: Electric boiler, separately connected ladder radiator with thermostat and direct heater at the shower corner.

Transportation, parking: Parking on the grassy area in the building, or on the concrete driveway in front of the building.

Dining

Fully equipped kitchen - fridge, oven, electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, all crockery

Basic spices, coffee, teas, salt, sugar, oil

Upon agreement, the possibility of buying homemade cow and goat cheese, milk, eggs.

Fully equipped kitchen - fridge with freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery for 12 people

Common room - Wi-Fi, TV with satellite connection, drinking water dispenser, fireplace, two folding bunk beds, large dining table, bar, board games, toys for children

Stone cellar equipped with shelves - entrance from the common room

Rooms - beds including bedding, sheets, towels and racks for clothes

Utility room - hangers, cleaning supplies

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

In the summer season (July - August) we only accept orders for weekly stays.

Outside the summer season, the possibility of accommodation for at least two nights.

The price is for 6 people for the entire property, including electricity, water, bed linen and towels

To reserve a date, we require a deposit of 1/3 of the price (the deposit is non-refundable) and an additional payment before arrival.

We collect a refundable deposit of CZK 3,000.

Possibility of two extra beds CZK 200/person/night.

Pet fee 100 CZK/day.
